题目:多功能护理床的设计要求:设计多功能护理床,具下述功能:a)可辅助病人由仰卧位改为坐位;b)可辅助病人侧向翻身;c)方便病人排便;所有动作可手动或电动完成,不宜采用液动总功能描述:一.设计背景随着科学技术进步和生活水平的提高,老年人和残疾人也越来越受到社会的广泛关注。护理床就是从人性化角度出发,基于人因工程的理念,借助三位实体建模分析软件来设计的。在设计尺寸和功能上,不但满足残障病人和行动不便老年人的基本生理需要,老年人尤其是老年病人长期得不到照顾。由于老年人所患疾病多以慢性病为主,需长期进行物理方式护理,因此配备必要的护理设备,尤其是一种能够由病人自己控制的多功能护理床就显得十分急需。更注重舒适度和便于医护人员进行康复护理,因此,不仅具有护理作用,还能促进病人病情的缓和和康复。于是,这就为多功能护理床的应用提供了广阔市场。二功能设计常见的一些新型护理床有可手动升降的病床、遥控气动可升降病床、电动遥控升降病床等。结合病人的实际情况和病人的实际需要,这款多功能病床主要实现以下三大功能:1.帮助病人坐起功能,使病人可以在任何自己感觉舒适的位置坐下。2.帮助病人左右翻身功能,实现病人是左右翻身。3.帮助病人方便排便,更加舒适。三设计原则多功能翻身护理床的设计应该遵循以下原则:1、安全性原则由于护理床对老年人和病人的身体进行直接的接触与操作,而且相对于健康人来说,这类人群的身体更容易收到损伤,所以护理床在安全性方面的要求很高。文档编码:CY10H5A10N7E6 ZI7X2T2I5D8无论是护理床的结构还是控制系统的设计,安全性始终是最优先考虑的一个原则。比如,在结构设计方面,不应存在任何干涉情况,结构的刚度和强度方面都要留有充足的余量,要考虑到各种极限情况。2、人性化、舒适性原则人性化、舒适性设计是可用性设计的延伸,护理床应该根据人体生理学原理,更多地从人的生理结构、心理情况、行为习惯等方面加以考虑。比如各部分结构要与人体的尺寸匹配;设计中力求加速度最小化等等。3、标准化原则护理床机械零件的设计与选择、控制系统的设计、零部件之间的相对位置关系和尺寸匹配,都有相关的行业标准。参照标准设计,不仅能在最大程度上满足使用要求,而且有利于增强互换性,降低陈本。4、轻量化原则从降低能量消耗和减小运动惯性的角度考虑,护理床应该在保证功能和安全的情况下遵循轻量化原则。这样不仅节约了材料、降低了成本而且减小运动惯性则非常有利于某个部件的停启,使护理床的运输使用成本都有很大的降低。四相关要求与标准为了满足患者在使用护理床时的舒适程度以及有效的减缓护理人员的护理强度。护理床结构在设计时应满足以下几个方面的要求:1、能够实现护理所需的各种体位位姿要求。2、各个活动床面板的摆动角度范围应参照有关医疗护理要求以及人体的舒适感,各床面板摆动角度及标准如下:背板摆动角度:0
