    深圳地铁通道施工组织设计(明、暗挖通道)一、通道施工通道出入口斜坡段采用明挖施工,钻机施工钻孔桩围护结构,土方开挖尽量使用挖掘机开挖,剩余部分土方采用人工开挖,卷扬机提升架牵引外运;通道出入口暗挖段采用弧形导坑法施工。土方运至站厅层后卷扬机提到地面外运;二衬采用简易衬砌台架立模,泵送商品混凝土入模,机械捣固。1、通道明挖段施工(1)、通道明挖段围护结构施工钻孔桩均采用回旋钻机正循环钻孔,连续成桩的方法施工,钢筋笼在地面加工好,利用钻机吊入孔内,清孔后水下灌筑混凝土成桩。钻孔桩工艺流程图如下:桩位测量定位钻机定位钻孔清孔吊钢筋笼入孔灌筑水下砼凿除桩头浮浆砼并清挖出冠梁基坑槽绑扎安装冠梁钢筋制作钢筋笼储料槽、导管准备制作冠梁钢筋冠梁立模、支模冠梁模型的制作浇 砼施工准备商品混凝土商品混凝土制备泥浆、测量放线定位:根据各出入口钻孔桩设计平面布置图,计算出每根桩的坐标,然后测量定出每孔钻孔桩的准确位置。、挖探沟,查明地下管线的位置,定出管线改移或保护方案,对管线进行改移或悬吊支撑保护。、施工定位导向墙:根据施工要求,桩位定位采用导向墙定位法定位导向墙作为钻机走行轨道,并对钻孔桩进行导向及编号。、钻孔:钻机钻孔,在孔口埋设钢护筒,以起到定位、保护孔口及维持水头的作用。开孔钻进速度应缓慢的进行,并反复校正钻头,如有偏斜及时纠正;因此处地质为粘性土,所以在钻孔时不需另外制备泥浆,仅向孔内加水,利用钻机钻孔时钻头搅拌泥浆,但需控制水的加入量,以达到钻孔时最佳泥浆粘度等性能指标。、钢筋笼的制作和安装:钢筋的制作在就近的场地上进行,采用焊接制作,先用主筋与内加强箍点焊形成笼架,然后安装外箍筋,外箍筋也须与主筋焊牢。将制作好的钢筋笼用汽吊或钻机吊放入孔内。、灌注水下混凝土:施工准备:用铁皮制作一个能容0.8 立方米以上的储料槽(漏斗);检查钢导管的强度,钢导管必须作水密和涨裂实验;检查球塞是否能顺利通过钢导管,球塞直径比钢导管内径小12 厘米;钢导管和套管的提升采用钻机提升。一切准备工作完成后,组织有关人员进行全面检查,水下混凝土的灌注工作一经开始必须连续不断的进行并不得中断。开始灌注前的准备工作:仔细调整下料钢导管的高度,导管底至桩基底面的距离为导管内径加10 厘米左右,使球塞能顺利从管底排出。悬吊于储料槽(漏斗)颈口处的球塞必须用绳子或铁丝缚牢,开始灌注前在漏斗内装满混凝土,漏斗的最下面与球塞接触的第一盘拌合物应为水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆不可有石子混入,以防石子卡球造成事故。商品混凝土的准备量为能灌注整根桩的混凝土量。灌注混凝土:开始灌注混凝土时,用快刀将绳子砍断或用钳子将铁丝剪断,同时开动振动器。当储料槽(漏斗)内混凝土开始下降时,立即向储料槽(漏斗)源源不断地输送混凝土。当球塞顺利地通过导管并确认已排出导管时,可将导管下降 ZS5X3P3I8H3凝土过程应经常用测锤探测混凝土面的高度,推算钢导管埋入混凝土的高度。随灌随提升和拆除钢导管。灌注过程中要确保导管插入深度不小于1 米,但也不能过深。上提的原则是少提、勤提。混凝土的灌注须高出设计高度50 厘米,以保证桩顶砼质量。待混凝土浇注完毕后,先拆除钢导管然后紧跟着拔出套管。、冠梁的施工:人工清除冠梁位置及其外缘50 厘米范围内泥土,清除深度为冠梁底以下5厘米;凿除桩头超出设计高度内的混凝土及浮浆,调直桩头预埋钢筋,并在桩两侧作 5 厘米厚,10厘米宽的砂浆垫层。冠梁钢筋在制作场地进行制作、配筋,然后运到施工现场进行安装、绑扎。冠梁混凝土模型采用=2cm 厚的胶合板,外背小方条和方木,内拉外撑的加固方法。冠梁混凝土的浇筑采用商品混凝土直接放入槽,插入式振捣器振捣。(2)、通道出入口明挖段土方开挖及结构施工方案、通道出入口明挖段土方开挖土方尽量采用机械开挖,剩余土方采用人工开挖,卷扬机提升架配提升斗起吊出土,手推车运至基坑旁临时屯土场,随开挖架设钢支撑,并注意开挖过程中对钢支撑的保护。机械开挖至基底0.20.3m 时,采用人工捡底,避免扰动基底而影响其稳定性。基坑开挖过程中作好排水,由于未作专门降水,采用超前挖设集水深井进行基坑超前降水,将基坑内积水引排至集水井中用抽水机抽排至基坑外,经沉淀合格后排放到城市地下排水管道中。钢支撑采用基坑外拼装,汽车吊车起吊整根安装。、通道出入口明挖段结构施工通道出入口明挖段均为一层钢筋混凝土矩形框架结构,采用明挖顺作法施工。结构竖向分两部分施工,即结构底板为一施工部分,结构侧墙及顶板为另一施工部分,通道结构施工顺序详见图:文档编码:CF8S6C2P3T4 C20混凝土保护层对底板防水层进行保护。结构钢筋在加工房内按设计加工成型,运至工地安装,钢筋的接长和搭接按有关规范进行。结构混凝土采用缓凝、早强型混凝土,泵送混凝土灌注入模。结构混凝土灌注时采取分层对称平行灌注,以利于整个支撑体系受力平衡。板面混凝土初凝后,进行“提浆、压实、抹光”处理,终凝后用湿麻袋覆盖,定时洒水养护14 左右,为改善、提高围岩的自稳能力,开挖前须施作超前小导管并注浆,以加固地层。、短开挖:通道每循环开挖进尺控制在1.0m,缩短开挖和支护的间隔时间。、强支护:严格遵循设计和施工规范,采用格栅钢架、钢筋网、锁脚锚管、超前小导管及湿喷混凝土组成的联合支护方式及时进行初期支护,以控制围岩塑性变形量,防止塑性区增大。、勤量测:通过对施工过程中地表下沉、拱顶下沉、周边收敛、钢格栅内力等量测分析判断通道的稳定性,确定支护的参数,量测测点要尽早埋设,对开挖、支护及支护后一段时间的量测数据进行绘图分析,判断支护后围岩变形收敛情况,将信息及时反馈给设计、监理工程师等,发现有异常变化时应及时修改支文档编码:CF8S6C2P3T4
