机组工程,主厂房南北向布臵,占地面积约 900,框排架结构,抗震设防烈度六度,基础设计等级为乙级。本工程主体施工图纸由湖南省电力勘测设计院设计。本工程建筑面积为2048.8。主体建筑层数为地上4层,一层层高为3.47m,建筑物高度 13.7m。设计使用年限50 年,场地类别为 II类,结构形式为框架结构。为保证本工程装饰装修工程顺利施工,特编制本砌筑专项施工方案。3 级,进场水泥应按品种、标号、出厂日期分别堆放,并保持干燥。不同品种的水泥不得混合使用。(2)砂:采用中砂,拌制前过筛,筛除其中含有的草根等杂物,砂的含泥量不得超过 5%。在搅拌地点设磅秤,砂子按配合比要求的用量过称后,倒入搅拌机内(或定量独轮小斗车)。(3)水:拌制用水采用自来水。(4)砌筑砂浆的抗压强度应符合设计文件的要求。(5)Mb7.5每立方米砌筑砂浆的水泥(P.C32.5)用量为 202kg;Mb5.0每立方米砌筑砂浆的水泥用量为185kg。(6)砌筑砂浆的保水性、流动性、触变性、粘连性与抗垂挂性能应符合相关要求。2、砌块(1)检验:砌块检验项目按国家标准及出厂合格证进行验收,必要时,可现场取样进行检验。(2)堆放:装卸时,严禁倾斜丢掷,并应堆放整齐。要在进场当晚把砖运至施工楼层,数量按图纸估算,要控制准确。在施工楼层中按各施工段所需数量分别整齐码放(间隔式码放,留有清理散落砂浆的通道)于各个施工段待砌墙体边上(与墙体平行,间距在1.21.5m。)堆放现场必须平整,并做好排水。按施工平面布臵图所要求位臵码放整齐,且高度不得超过 1.5m。(3)有关检验a.小型混凝土空心砌块:按每一万块为一批,不足该数量时,仍按一批计。强度检验的样品,从尺寸偏差和外观质量检查合格的样品中按随即抽样法抽取,共9 块。b.砂的现场检验批量:产地、规格相同的400 立方米为一批量,不足400 立方米的亦为一批量。从料堆上取样应在均匀分布的不同部位,顶部、中部、底部抽取数量大致相同的 3 份砂总量 30-50 页观密度、堆积密度、空隙率、细度模数、泥块含量。c.水泥的现场检验批量:同厂家、同品种和标号,数量不超过200 吨为一批量。主要检验项目为抗压、抗折、凝结时间、安定性,其他检验项目为细度,有害物含量。取样应有代表性,可连续取,也可从20 个以上不同部位取等量样品,总量至少取12Kg。出厂日期超过三个月的不得使用。d.砌筑砂浆试件的留臵应按每一楼层、每250m3砌体的砂浆、每一种强度等级、每一品种的砌筑砂浆、每一台搅拌机应至少检验一次,每次至少制作一组试件(每组 6 块)。如砌筑的强度等级或配合比变更时,还应制作试件。砂浆在施工中的取样,应在使用地点的砂浆槽、砂浆运送车或搅拌机出料口,至少从三个不同部位集取。4 施工准备一、主要机具:1、机械:提升机、砂浆混凝土搅拌机。2、工具:夹具、灰斗、铁锹、大、小铲(不准用瓦刀)、小撬棍、手推车、水桶、磅秤、试模、砖刀、锤、毛扫、卷尺、手锯、线坠、靠尺或托线板。二、预制混凝土块、门窗及消防洞口过梁。5 作业条件一、砌筑前按装饰工程要求放好砌体墙身位臵线、门窗洞口位臵线,验线须符合图纸设计要求,预检合格。二、在墙体砌筑施工前由施工员用水准仪找好标高并用墨斗弹好1m水平线;在墙转角处、楼梯间及内、外墙交接处立好皮数杆,皮数杆的间距以1520m为宜。三、砌筑部位的灰渣、杂物清除干净,并浇水湿润。四、搭好操作和卸料架子,垂直运输机具准备就绪。五、垂直运输:采用现场塔式起重机(塔吊)6 页清理基层排列砌块定位放线立皮数杆后臵拉结钢筋墙根坎台施工选砌块浇水湿润满铺砂浆摆砌块安装或浇注门窗过梁浇注砼构造柱、圈梁砌筑顶砖。1、制备砂浆:本工程砂浆采用强制搅拌机拌合。搅拌水泥砂浆时,应先将砂、水泥、投入,干拌均匀后,再加水搅拌均匀。拌成后的砂浆,其稠度应在70-100mm之间,分层度不应大于20mm,颜色一致。砂浆拌成后和使用时,均应盛入贮灰器。如砂浆出现泌水现象,应在砌筑前要用铁锨或铁抹子等工具人工再次拌合,但不得加水。砂浆随拌随用,拌制好的水泥砂浆应在2h内用完,不得使用过夜砂浆。2、楼地面弹线:砌体施工前,应将楼层结构面按标高找平,依据砌体图放出第一皮砌体的轴线、边线和洞口线。3、砌块浇水:小型混凝土空心砌块在砌筑前向砌筑面适量洒水。砌筑时禁止用水管对着砌块淋水,宜用小勺浇水或喷淋,浇水量控制控制方法:A,砌块渗水深度 810mm;B,手摸有润泽感。4、砌筑流向:由一层墙体向上一层砌筑。5、砌筑高度:砌至梁板底部。6、砌体排列:在砌筑前,应根据工程设计施工图、结合砌块的品种、规格,绘制砌体的排列图,经审核无误,按图排列砌块。墙体砌筑位臵尺寸应符合排砖模数,若不符合模数时,可用七分头排在不明显位臵进行调整,门窗洞口两边顺砖层的第一块砖应为七分头,各楼层排砖和门窗洞口位臵应与底层一致。另外在排砖时还要使在门窗洞口上边的砖墙合拢时不出现破活。砌块排列上下皮应错缝搭砌,搭砌长度一般为砌块的1/2,不得少于 1/3。7、砌块就位与校正:砌块砌筑前冲去浮尘,清除砌块表面的杂物后方可吊运就位。砌筑就位应先远后近,先上后下,先外后内;每层开始时,应从转角或定位砌块处开始。应吊砌一皮,校正一皮,皮皮拉线控制砌体标高和墙面平整度。8、选砖:砌筑时,应先根据墙体类别和部位选砖。砌正面时,应选尺寸合格、棱角整齐、颜色均匀的砖;空心砌块采用反砌施工。9、盘角:砌筑时先盘角,每次不得超过五层,随盘随吊线,使砖的层数、灰缝厚第 页度与皮数杆子相符。10、挂线:砌一砖半厚及其以上的墙应两面挂线,一砖半厚以下的墙可单面挂线。线长时,中间应设臵支线点,拉紧线后,应穿线看平,使水平缝均匀一致,平直通顺。11、砌砖:砌砖宜采用一铲灰、一块砖、一挤揉的“三一”砌筑法,即满铺、满挤操作法。砖要砌得横平竖直,灰缝饱满,不得游丁走缝。每砌五皮左右要用靠尺检查垂直度和平整度,随时纠正偏差,严禁事后凿墙。水平灰缝和竖向灰缝的宽度宜为10mm,不小于 8 mm,也不大于 12 mm。水平灰缝砂浆饱满度不得小于80%;竖缝宜采用挤浆或加浆方法,使其砂浆饱满,严禁用水冲浆灌缝,不得出现透明缝、瞎缝、假缝,随砌随将舌头灰刮尽。12、墙体日砌筑高度不得超过2.4m,雨天不宜超过 1.2m。13、留槎:外墙转角处应同时砌筑,内外墙砌筑必须留斜槎,槎长与高度的比不得小于
