修建。大厦项目。本项目北面紧邻 广场项目,南面临重庆 商业交易市场区域,东侧为陕西路,西侧为 路,是具有得天独厚的繁华商业成熟地段。项目地块呈不规则“U”字形,场地高程南北向由南向北逐渐降低,南面为场地最高点,绝对标高约为244.0m,开挖深度约为 49m;北侧为场地最低点,绝对标高约为 222.0m,开挖深度约为 27m;东侧最低点为陕西路,高程约222.0227.0m 不等,开挖深度为2936m;西侧沿新华路最高点高程约为237.0m,最低点标高约为 224.0m,开挖深度从 33 米至 39m不等。本次边坡支护为场地西南范围(范围详见总平面图),其中除西南侧 227.0 以上环境边坡为边坡外,其余为临时边坡。永久边坡设计使用年限50 年(本期工程按建筑与地铁采取共建方案,轨道线从建筑体内架空结构中穿过,不存在轨道洞室的保护与支护问题),临时边坡设计使用年限2 剖面。由赤平投影分析知:岩层产状外倾,可能产生顺层滑动,经地勘所做稳定性分析,边坡稳定性系数为0.97,边坡不稳定,需要进行支护。设计采用逆作法并跳槽施工钢筋混凝土桩板锚杆挡墙支护。1.3.2 基坑边坡 CD 该段基坑开挖后,将形成长度约61.1m,高约 30m的岩质边坡,边坡岩性主要为泥岩和(泥质)砂岩,夹少量粉砂岩。倾向196,边坡安全等级为一级。由赤平投影分析可知:边坡岩层产状及裂隙L2 的交线倾向与边坡同向,夹角约41 o,裂隙与岩层层间结构面组合形成的块体对边坡稳定性影响小。基坑边坡距金海洋商城最近点9 米。本工程基坑开抗后,金海洋商城位于边坡的破裂角之外,对金海洋商城城的影响较小。典型剖面可见1314 剖面。设计采用逆作法并跳槽施工钢筋混凝土桩板锚杆挡墙支护。1.3.3 基坑边坡 DG 该段地形较平坦,坡角一般小于15,上覆土层主要为第四系杂填土和卵石土。平场后第四系土层厚度04.0m,局部为 4.4m。杂填土多呈松散稍密状,卵石土多呈稍密中密状,下伏基岩主要为泥质砂岩、泥岩和砂岩。该段基坑开挖后,将形成长度约 62.2m,高约 31m的岩质边坡,局部为土质边坡,倾向 285,边坡安全等级为一级。该段边坡岩土界面倾角22 度,开挖后会产生岩土界面滑动,经地勘所做稳定性分析,稳定性系数为1.22,边坡基本稳定,需要进行支护。典型剖面可见68 剖面。设计采用逆作法并跳槽施工钢筋混凝土桩板锚杆挡墙支护。1.3.4边坡 HS 该段地形较平坦,坡角一般小于15,上覆土层主要为第四系杂填土和卵石土。平场后第四系土层厚度04m,局部土层为 以下为临时基坑边坡,采用桩板锚杆挡墙进行支护;标高227.00 以上为永久边坡,采用桩板锚杆挡墙进行支护。1.3.5 基坑边坡 NW 该段按设计方案开挖后,将形成约 41m的岩质边坡,边坡岩性主要为泥质砂岩和泥岩。倾向 111,边坡安全等级为一级。典型剖面可见 4、5、7 和 8 剖面。由赤平投影分析可知:边坡裂隙L1及 L2 的交线倾向与边坡同向,夹角约22 o,组合面倾角约 61 o,易产生楔形体滑动。由计算知边坡稳定性系数为1.095,边坡基本稳定,需要进行支护。设计采用逆作法并跳槽施工钢筋混凝土桩板锚杆挡墙支护。1.3.6基坑边坡 WA 为岩土质边坡,表层土清除后,岩质边坡按 1:0.75 放坡并用 40 厚 M25砂浆封闭封闭处理。1.4 的深基坑,周边建筑物较多,且与两座隧道相邻,因此,基坑施工对不仅对基坑本身而且对周边建筑物都有影响。通过基坑及周边建筑物的监测,掌握在施工过程中地层和结构整体稳定性情况以及对周围环境的影响程度,为业主、设计、施工、监理等提供及时、可靠的信息,用以评价通道工程在施工期间复合衬砌支护结构体系的力学状态及支护体系对地层基础缺陷加固稳定效果。基坑开挖过程中,由于地质条件、荷载条件、材料性质、施工条件和外界其它因素的复杂影响,很难单纯从理论上预测工程中可能遇到的问题,而且,理论预测值还不能全面而准确地反映工程的各种变化。所以,在理论指导下有计划地进行现场工程监测十分必要。特别是对于类似本工程复杂的、规模较大的工程,就必须在施工组织设计中制定和实施周密的监测计划。本工程监测的目的主要有:(1)通过将监测数据与预测值作比较,判断上一步施工工艺和施工参数是否符合或达到预期要求,同时实现对下一步的施工工艺和施工进度控制,从而切实实现信息化施工;(2)通过监测及时发现围护施工过程中的环境变形发展趋势,及时反馈信息,达到有效控制施工对建(构)筑物、道路、管线影响的目的;(3)通过监测及时调整支撑系统的受力均衡问题,使得整个基坑开挖过程能始终处于安全、可控的范畴内;(4)通过监测及早发现基坑安全稳定的问题,并提请施工单位进行及时、有效的预防措施工作,防止施工中发生失稳现象;(5)将现场监测结果反馈设计单位,使设计能根据现场工况发展,进一步优化方案,达到优质安全、经济合理、施工快捷的目的;(6)通过跟踪监测,在换撑和支撑拆除阶段,施工科学有序,保障基坑和隧道施工始终处于安全运行的状态。2
