ZZ1Y8U5J1Q3引言为了确保京津冀地区热量表配对铂热电阻的量值溯源的统一、准确、可靠,保证其计量检测有章可循,在充分考虑了技术和经济的合理性前提下,制定了本规范。本规范参照了国家计量技术规范JJF1001 2011通用计量术语及定义、JJF 1059.12012测量不确定度评定与表示以及JJF1071 2010国家计量校准规范编写规则中规定的相关术语、定义和编写规则。本规范采用了JJG229 凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本规范;凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本规范。3 定义及术语JJF10012011通用计量术语及定义、JJF10072007温度计量名词术语及定义界定的及以下术语和定义适用于本规范。3.1 热量表 heat meter 热量表是测量和显示载热液体经热交换设备所吸收(供冷系统)或释放(供热系统)热能量的仪表。3.2 组合式热量表combined heat meter 由流量传感器、计算器和配对铂热电阻等部件组合而成的热量表。3.3 整体式热量表complete heat meter 由流量传感器、计算器和配对铂热电阻等部件组成的不可分解的热量表。3.4 热电阻 resisitance thermometer 由一个或多个感温电阻元件组成,带引线、保护管和接线端子的测温仪器。3.5 配对铂热电阻temperature sensor pair在同一个热量表上,分别用来测量热交换系统的进水和回水温度的一对计量特性一致或相近的铂热电阻。3.6 计算器 calculator 接收来自流量传感器和配对铂热电阻的信号,进行热量计算、储存和显示系统所交换的热量值的部件。3.7温差 temperature difference 热交换系统供水和回水的温度差值。3.8 最小温差minimum ZZ1Y8U5J1Q3温差的下限值,在此温差下,热量表准确度不应超过误差限。3.9 最大温差maximum temperature difference 温差的上限值,在此温差下,热量表准确度不应超过误差限。3.10温差上限upper limit of the temperature difference 最大允许温差,热量表在此温差和热功率上限内运行不超过最大允许误差。3.11温差下限lower limit of the temperature difference 最小允许温差,热量表在此温差运行不超过最大允许误差。4 概述铂热电阻是热量表常用的温度测量部件,而热量表配对铂热电阻分别安装在热力管线的进水管和回水管处,与计算器配合使用可以测量进水与回水之间的温度差。为了提高分辨率、减小引线电阻对测温精度的影响并兼顾成本控制,一般多采用两线制Pt1000 铂热电阻作为配对铂热电阻,其他的还有Pt100 和 Pt500 等类型的铂热电阻。5 计量特性5.1 组合式热量表的配对铂热电阻和计算器的允许误差5.1.1单支铂热电阻的最大允许误差5.1.2配对铂热电阻温差的最大允许误差E05.1.3计算器温度测量的最大允许误差EJ。5.2 整体式热量表的配对铂热电阻和计算器的最大允许误差E5.2.1计算器显示的单支铂热电阻在各温度点测量的温度值与标准温度计测量的温度值之差的绝对值不应大于1K。5.2.2 配对铂热电阻和计算器温差的最大允许误差0E上述计量特性的具体要求详见表1。表 1 校准方法8.2.1准备工作校准前必须先开启电测设备和计算器进行预热,预热时间至少20min或者满足电测设备和计算器使用说明书要求的时间。按使用说明书的要求使恒温槽处于正常工作状态,并保证工作区域的液面处于规定的位置。定期使用水三相点检测标准铂电阻温度计的Rtp
