20XX 年度培训工作总结如下:一、开展员工培训需求调查,制订年度培训计划,建立公司培训网络。为做好 20XX 年度培训工作,遵循学以致用讲究实效的原则提升员工工作技能和培训满意度,实现公司发展战略,使培训工作真正体现员工所需、公司所需,年初党群部面向公司全体员工开展了解年度培训需求调查,通过沟通,了解大家对公司培训工作的看法、实际需求、建议和期望。本次调查分为高层领导对培训方向的要求,员工个人培训需求,部门专业技能培训需求三部分,分别制订了高管对天润公司培训方向要求调查问卷、员工培训需求调查问卷和部门专业技能培训需求申报表,通过走访公司各部门,下发调查问卷,指导如何填写,并在规定的时间内收回,及时掌握第一手资料,据此制定了 20XX 年培训工作实施意见,并确定了 20XX 年培训计划,在每个部门设培训负责人一名,建立起公司培训网络体系,在各分公司间搭建起培训信息交流和沟通平台,实现培训资源共享。二、修订完善培训相关制度。1、建立规范的培训作业流程,使培训工作程序化、制度化,保证公司培训工作有目的、有计划、有实效地进行。在原有各类培训制度的基础上,修订完善了南京医药合肥天润有限公司培训管理制度、南京医药合肥天润有限公司培训考核、评估、奖惩管理办法,并已完成初稿。2、建立职工培训档案,为绩效考核、员工晋升提供可靠依据。一次完整的培训,有培训计划、签到表、培训记录,培训结束后,要一切相关的培训原始资料编号入档,党群部保存培训计划、培训记录与培训结果成绩单,培训相关部门保存培训调查、培训考核试卷、奖惩情况等其它一切原始资料。建立员工培训档案,采用一卡式管理。对员工进入公司后参加的所有培训项目和成绩,包括岗前培训、转岗培训、单项技能培训、专项技能培训、公司级培训、日常培训、管理培训和其它高级专业培训等填卡入档,作为员工晋职、增薪、定级、评选先进和绩效考核的重要依据。三、20XX 人的团队赴万佛湖拓展训练基地,分别进行了为期两天的拓展训练,在短短两天的时间里完成了信任背摔、巧渡硫酸河、跨越断桥、生死电网、危险鳄鱼潭、驿站传书、突破雷阵、求生墙、高空抓杠、孤岛求生、等训练项目,从这些训练项目中大家学到如何挑战自我、激发潜能;如何有效分工、团队协作;如何进行时间管理;如何领导、决策、执行、人力资源合理运用等许多新思想、新知识、新理念、新方法。每个参加过拓展训练的员工都会将自己的感受融入到工作中,通过磨合、实践从而使天润公司成为更加高效的工作团队。4、举办模拟应收账款回笼演练比赛。应收帐款是企业流动资金的重要组成部分,管理不善会给企业带来极大的风险,随着企业外部环境的不断变化,近年来公司的应收帐款呈上升趋势,针对这一严峻现实,同时,为更好地贯彻南京医药资金管理工作会议精神,提高公司资金管理水平,增强全员风险防范意识,促进销售资金及时回笼,力保全年计划指标的顺利实现,我们根据公司经理办公会议要求,举办了以“诚挚沟谋发展,和谐创新求共赢”为主题的模拟应收帐款回笼演练比赛的初赛,选拔了
