律师、医生,现在是营销师,现来应聘销售代表卖建材,可能吗?遇到这种情况要特别注意,如可断定不符合实际情况的,直接筛选掉。4、个人成绩:主要查看求职者所述个人成绩是否适度,是否与职位要求相符(做为参考,不做为简历筛选的主要标准)。二、查看主观内容(包括求职者对自己的评价性与描述性内容,如自我评价、个人描述等)主要查看求职者自我评价或描述是否适度,是否属实,并找出这些描述与工作经历描述中相矛盾或不符、不相称的地方。如可判定求职者所述主观内容不属实、且有较多不符之处,这时可直接筛选掉。三、初步判断简历是否符合职位要求1、判断求职者的专业资格和工作经历是否符合职位要求。如不符要求,直接筛选掉。2、分析求职者应聘职位与发展方向是否明确和一致性。(做为参考)3、初步判定求职者与应聘职位的适合度。如可判定求职者与应聘职位不合适时,将此简历直接筛选掉。四、全面审查简历中的逻辑性精品w
