年酒店总经理工作总结及2018年的工作可以提炼出三个关键词即探索、忙碌与遗憾。加入酒店管理至今,我们一直在学习,在摸索,在寻找符合酒店自身条件的运营模式。由于原来遗留的问题和酒店整个运营框架的重新架构,所以耗费了酒店管理的很多时间,使得我们整年都很忙碌。由于职责不清晰、各岗位制度不健全,我们在梳理酒店经营转变的时候,遇到今年经济下滑,有 7 家店没有完成预期的经营目标,这是我们遗憾的地方。转眼又到了年底,是该停下来总结一下了。总结全年的工作,现在将 2018年的工作总结如下一、主要完成工作1、建立健全酒店组织架构方面加入酒店以后,发现酒店组织架构混乱。而所谓酒店架构是界定酒店的资源和信息流动的程序,明确酒店内部成员个人相互之间关系的性质,使每个员工在这个酒店中,具有什么地位、拥有什么权力、承担什么责任、发挥什么作用,提供的一个共同约定的框架。其作用和目的,是通过这种共同约定的框架,保证资源和信息流通的有序性,并通过这种有序性,稳定和提升酒店所共同使用的资源在实现其共同价值目标上的效率和作用。重新组织人事部确定组织架构,需要明确酒店职能结构、层次结构、部门结构、职权结构。明确了组织架构就
