XX。二、工作中遇见的困难及解决思路1.财务支付货款的及时性。现款现货产品不能及时支付,账期合作供应商不能按账期及时结款。两个主要问题都会引发供应商对我公司在货款支付能力上的质疑,进而影响到产品到货周期加长,合作供应商结款账期缩短直至现款现货,加大了货品采购议价难度。新的账期供应商的开发需要的是前期的现款投入,而维护原有供应商的同样需要资金的投入。主要还是需要总公司在资金上的支持,没有其他更好的解决办法。2.产品库存预警线需要单一手动查看,能否在技术上实现产品库存与周销量的相结合的预警机制(即根据产品的一周销量数额与库存做比,当这个销存比低于
