20XX年市场经营部工作总结20XX 年在局党委、行政的正确领导下,市场经营部和大客户服务中心的全体干部职工以“三个代表”为指导思想,坚持改革创新、与时俱进,通过大家的共同努力较好地完成了上级下达的各项指标和任务,在经营拓展、生产调度和经营策划等方面都取得了一些成绩,具体情况如下:一、完善专业运行机制细化经营分析确保量收计划序时完成20XX 年我部重点对函件业务局、电子商务局、集邮业务局、物流业务局和报刊零售中心的模拟公司化运作情况进行了考核,并对速递公司专业化经营绩效进行了考核。无锡市邮政储蓄银行成立,我局成立金融业务局,负责发展代理金融业务。我部根据业务发展需要,完成了与银行间的业务交接和管理衔接工作,实现了对发展代理金融业务的管理、支撑工作,促进了代理金融业务的发展。同时,名址中心从函件业务局独立出来,我部承担对名址中心的管理和支撑工作,提高对数据库发展的重视力度,以拉动数据库商函等各类相关业务的发展。对各营业部门和生产单位,我部根据上级下达的各项经营指标以及今年计划指标的特点,对业务完成进度、所占全局业务的比重、市场占有份额、业务发展前景、发展后劲、应采取措施等各方面进行定期分析完善,以加快业务发展进度、促进业务收入提高。我部根据省局序时计划的要求,对业务收入的完成进度按月及时进行调控和协调。截至11 月底,全区实现业务收入59772.73 万元,完成年计划的88.17%,同比增幅3.63%;市局实现业务收入42130.51 万元,完成年计划的87.82%,同比增幅 16.25%。同时根据各专业部门和营业部门的收入计划和收入完成情况,协助人教部做好生产奖的考核,加强对各专业部门业务费用、代办手续费的管理和控制。二、强化经营分析为经营决策服务促进生产单位经营效果(一)强化全局经营指导对每月经营情况进行详实细致的分析,开好每次生产例会和经营分析会,抓住每阶段经营中的热点难点问题,通过数据分析找出数据背后的经营问题,加以分析、讨论,提出解决方案并贯彻落实。今年每季度还根据各专业经营重点,提出季度经营工作要点,把每季度经营工作中的重点任务目标及相关组织安排以文件形式下发至各生产单位,使各单位明确任务,抓紧落实,促进收入增长;在跨年度竞赛中,及时掌握各专业部门和各营业部门的收入完成情况和业务发展情况,确保全年任务的顺利完成。(二)狠抓重点业务快速发展在全球金融危机的影响下,储蓄余额增长难度较大,明确全局金融业务跨年度竞赛方案,并实施跨年度竞赛赛中赛,将储蓄与保险、基金等业务放在一起进行联动,组织开展2008-20XX 号文件,在全区层面展开用户欠费清欠、存货清理压缩工作,成立领导小组和工作组,并配合人教部门做好欠费考核工作。根据锡邮171 万元,其中印刷厂收入54.6 万元,报刊发行收入41.9 万元。3、“思乡月”项目08 年“思乡月”专项营销活动以“明月寄相思,千里送真情”为主题,创新优质服务,继续打造“思乡”邮政礼仪服务品牌,继续扩大“八月伴”自有产品品牌知名度。通过各部门协调、努力,市局共完成业务收入95.97 万元。4、移动充值送路费项目通过多次走访、洽谈,已与移动公司签订协议,充值送路费活动正式开展,全区已制作普通型金卡13.3 万枚,形成贺卡收入 26.6
