    1/10 3.3 场效应三极管放大电路的分析方法3.3.1 共源组态基本放大电路对于采用场效应三极管的共源基本放大电路,可以与共射组态接法的基本放大电路相对应,只不过场效应三极管是电压控制电流源,即VCCS。共源组态的基本放大电路如图 03.28所示。与较共源和共射放大电路比较,它们只是在偏置电路和受控源的类型上有所不同。只要将微变等效电路画出,就是一个解电路的问题了。(a
