堤防填筑施工方案哈尔滨松花江北岸堤防防汛抢险通道工程(桩号 k22+901k23+190、8 k23+340、8k27+046)三标段堤防填筑施工方案黑龙江省华大盛世建筑安装工程有限公司二一二年五月十四日堤防填筑施工方案一、堤防填筑施工进度计划本工程土方填筑工程总量约68 万 m 3左右,土料来源于外运及开挖土方再利用,施工时段为:2012 年 4 月 20 日至 2012 年 6 月 30日,工期约 2 个月。因工期紧、任务重,土方填筑施工中相应的人员、设备均要增加,采用 24 小时不间断施工,月平均土方填筑约为34万 m 3,日平均土方填筑 1、1 万 m3,堤防填筑划分以下二个施工作业段:第一段:K22+901K25+800,第二段:K25+800K27+046,土方填筑工程计划于2012年 4 月 20 日开工,2012 年 6 月 30 日完工。根据本工程具体情况排出施工进度计划横道图见附图。二、施工程序及碾压参数的选定2、1 施工程序基础面清理检查验收测量放线及土料运输分层铺土、平整、碾压相关试验检测进行下一层土料(不合格进行处理,直至合格)填筑完成修坡。2、2 碾压参数的选定根据本次堤防填筑碾压试验成果及相关批复确定本标段堤防回填的施工参数如下:碾压机械采用 25T振动碾,行驶速度为 2Km/h,振动频率为 ZH10I5E7T4N2堤防填筑施工方案三、施工方法3、1 基础准备根据测量结果用推土机清除地表植被,所有填筑基面或接触面的腐植土、草皮、树根、废渣、垃圾等应清除,并将地基清理的弃土、杂物、废渣等运送至指定的场地堆放,清理范围为堤身设计基面边线外50cm。堤基范围内的坑、沟、槽等应按堤身填筑要求进行回填。在堤防填筑之前,应对堤基进行碾压,用 21t 的振动碾,碾压不小于 5 土料选定及含水率的调整土方填筑料来自于呼兰区料场。砂石、碎石、中粗砂等均采用外购形式。购买料运至施工区现场或者就是料场进行临时备料。1、填筑材料应就是经过工程地质勘探且合格的土料,填筑材料不应含有冰、树根、表土、杂质以及任何其它由监理工程师确定为不合适的材料。2、填筑土料的含水量与最优含水量的允许偏差为-2+3,最优含水量由碾压试验确定;堤防填筑土料粘粒含量宜为1520,塑性指数宜为 1020,有机质含量不大于5。3、土料填筑前应进行含水量,干密度,有机质含量等设计中要求的项目进行检验,并出具检验合格的报告。4、当土料含水率大于设计允许范围时,采用在填筑现场或其它合适场地翻晒的方法处理。5、当土料含水率小于设计允许范围时,应对土料适当的加水,可采用作业面洒水或取土场加水两种方式加大土料含水量。作业面洒水:土料摊铺后用洒水车洒水,洒出的水要以喷淋状喷出,确保洒水均匀;取土场洒水与作业面洒水方式一样,但无论哪种洒水方式都应确保土料的含水率。3、3 测量放线测量放线采用全站仪进行,放线内容主要包括控制点的设置、堤防的轴线及平面位置的放线、高程的控制。放样的误差要符合规范与设计要求。堤防断面放样、填筑轮廓,宜根据不同堤型相隔一定距离设立样架,其测点相对设计的限值误差要符合设计与规范要求。样架设立时应考虑超填因素。根据施工机械及碾压试验确定,为保证碾压密实度及宽度达到设计要求,机械铺料时宽度应宜超填30cm。3、5 点注:在堤身填筑堤顶设计高程后应略有超高,以保证自然沉降后堤顶高程符合设计要求。根据本工程填筑顶面高程原则上按设计高程进行控制。同一填筑单元要遵循从低向高填筑的原则,从低处开始填筑,底部数层兼顾铺料厚度与高程进行控制,逐步调整到填筑面平行于设计堤顶高程。当地面起伏不平时,应按水平分层由低处开始逐层填筑,不得顺坡铺填;为使填土与地面良好结合,横向(垂直堤防方向)填方部位地面开挖水平台阶,纵向(顺堤防方向)地面削坡坡度不应陡于1:3。我公司主要采用25t 振动碾施工。个别大型振动碾无法碾到的边角部位,采用人工蛙夯压实,对于底部仓面较宽的部位,采用进退错距法进行碾压;对于顶部宽度较小的部位,采用搭接法进行碾压,振动碾平行于渠道方向行走。碾压速度、遍数等参数按碾压试验确定的参数施工。施工时分段、分片碾压,为保证堤防整体的连续性,分段作业面的最小长度宜不小于100m。垂直堤轴线的堤身接缝碾压时,应跨缝搭接碾压,其搭接宽度不小于 3、0m,相邻碾压轨迹及相邻材料连接处的碾压至少应有0、5m的搭接,不允许出现漏压。碾压应在土料平整与含水量调整完成后立即进行;若已铺土料表面在压实前被晒干,应洒水湿润,以利充分结合。碾压完成后,根据施工规范与设计要求,采用环刀法取样或用核子密度仪进行压实度检测,填筑土料的压实度按不小于0、93
