组织本班人员认真完成各项生产任务,认真贯彻执行各项规章制度及要求,确保生产安全、稳定、长周期地经济运行,并做好各项记录。1.2 严格执行各项操作规程,对违章、违纪人员有权制止。严格控制工艺指标,确保脱硫设备长周期安全、稳定运行。1.3 经常对本班设备进行检查,发现问题及时组织人员进行处理、纠正。正确分析、判断和果断处理事故苗头,把事故消灭在萌芽状态并上报领导。1.4 检查督促班组人员合理、正确使用劳动防护用品、消防器材。1.5 精心操作做好各项记录,交接班时,必须交接安全生产情况,设备运行情况和安全防护器材、用具等,交班者要为接班者创造良好工作条件。2 副操作岗位职责2.1 协助主操作对本岗位的设备、工艺条件及时调节和控制,确保生产正常运行,并对各运转设备进行检查维护,搞好岗位卫生。2.2 认真学习和严格遵守各项规章制度、劳动纪律,不违章作业,并劝阻他人不违章作业。2.3 正确分析、判断和处理各种事故苗头,把事故消灭在萌芽状态。2.4 交接班必须交接卫生、工具、消防器材、保护器材交班者要为接班者创造良好工作条件。3 维修工的职责3.1 对各运转设备的定期检修、抢修;3.2 消除管道振动;3.3 消除运转、静置设备的跑、冒、滴、漏;3.4 ZQ7I3U7Y7U3第一章操作规程1、烟气脱硫工艺原理及流程1.1 脱硫工艺原理钠碱法脱硫工艺是用NaOH吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,脱硫后的浆液经塔底管道排入脱硫液循环池中,亚硫酸钠浆液经过氧化还原后不断地进行循环使用,脱硫后烟气中的污染物达到排放标准后经烟囱进行排放。吸收过程:在脱硫塔中,烟气中的SO2与碱吸收接触后。发生如下反应:2NaOH+SO2Na2SO3+H2O(1)Na2SO3+SO2+H2O2NaHSO3(2)以上两式总反应为:NaOH+SO2NaHSO3(3)反应(2)表明,反应(1)生成的 Na2SO3仍具有脱除 SO2的能力,但反应(2)和反应(3)生成的 NaHSO3(亚硫酸氢钠)则不再具有脱除SO2的能力,也就是说,对烟气中SO2进行脱除的主要物质是Na2SO3(亚硫酸钠)。中和过程:吸收烟气中 SO2的脱硫液 Na2SO3溶液要进行中和处理。中和处理的目的是将吸收液中的 NaHSO3中和为 Na2SO3,即:NaHSO3+NaOH Na2SO3+H2O(4)根据以上原理,设计的脱硫系统用NaOH脱除 SO2后,将主要以 NaHSO3(亚硫酸氢钠)的形式排放。同时烟气中含有的SO3、HCl等酸性气体也会同时被吸收剂吸收,发生如下反应:Na2SO3+SO3NaSO3+SO2Na2SO3+2HCl 2NaCl+SO2+H2O氧化过程:为使脱硫浆液能够不断地循环使用,在塔外的浆液池中通入氧气,将 Na2SO3氧化成Na2SO4(硫酸钠),从而达到设施经济运行的目的。Na2SO3+1/2O2Na2SO4循环过程氧化还原后的吸收液经脱硫循环泵重新输送至吸收塔上部吸收区。循环池内吸收液 pH由自动喷注的氢氧化钠浆液调整,而且与酸碱计连锁控制。当塔底浆液 pH低于设定值时,氢氧化钠浆液通过输送泵自动向循环池内补充到精品w o r d 学习资料 可编辑资料-精心整理-欢迎下载-第 4 页,共 23 ZQ7I3U7Y7U3浆液,在空气的作用下使浆液混合均匀,至pH达到设定值时停止补充氢氧化钠浆液。在钠碱法脱硫工艺中,通过以上反应可以看出,在脱硫塔的吸收段将烟气中的SO2吸收后,会得到亚硫酸钠或亚硫酸氢钠中间品及少量硫酸钠和氯化钠。1.2 工艺流程说明工 艺 流 程 图煅烧炉烟气经烟气换热器、引风机后,首先进入脱硫塔内与经过脱硫喷嘴雾化后的脱硫液进行脱硫反应;烟气在塔内通过三层喷淋装置进行三级脱硫反应;脱硫塔内 NaOH吸收 SO2发生中和反应生成NaHSO3和 Na2SO3;脱硫后的脱硫液在脱硫塔底部经玻璃钢管道进入脱硫液循环池进行连续循环使用。在吸收过程中所生成的酸式盐NaHSO3对 SO2不具有吸收能力,随着吸收过程的进行,吸收液中的NaHSO3数量不断增多,吸收液的吸收能力急聚下降,为保证碱液浓度平衡和提高脱硫效率,需向吸收液中及时补充碱液。为提高NaHSO3与 Na2SO3的重复利用率,使部分 NaHSO3转化为 Na2SO3,始终保持吸收液中 米高烟囱排放。注:碱液的加入量是根据在线PH值监测数据来确定的,当 PH值低于设定值时,加碱装置会自动开启加药泵向池内加入碱液。第二章脱硫剂的性质本工程采用氢氧化钠为脱硫剂。2.1 性质:氢氧化钠:固体,溶于水放热;又称烧碱、火碱、苛性钠,是常见的、重要的碱。化学式:NaOH,式量 40.01,密度 2.130 克/厘米3,熔点 318.4,沸点 1390。2.2 危险特性:纯的无水氢氧化钠为白色半透明,结晶状固体。氢氧化钠极易溶于水,溶解度随温度的升高而增大,溶解时能放出大量的热。它的水溶液有涩味和滑腻感,溶液呈强碱性,具备碱的一切通性。氢氧化钠还易溶于乙醇、甘油;但不溶于乙醚、丙酮、液氨。对纤维、皮肤、玻璃、陶瓷等有腐蚀作用,溶解或浓溶液稀释时会放出热量;与无机酸发生中和反应也能产生大量热,生成相应的盐类;与金属铝和锌、非金属硼和硅等反应放出氢;与氯、溴、碘等卤素发生歧化反应。能从水溶液中沉淀金属离子成为氢氧化物;能使油脂发生皂化反应,生成相应的有机酸的钠盐和醇,这是去除织物上的油污的主要原理。2.3 使用要求:大量接触烧碱时应佩带防护用具,工作服或工作帽应用棉布或适当的合成材料制作。操作人员工作时必须穿戴工作服、口罩、防护眼镜、橡皮手套、橡皮围裙、长统胶靴等劳保用品。应涂以中性和疏水软膏于皮肤上。接触片状或粒状烧碱时,工作场所应有通风装置,搬运时要轻装轻卸,防止包装及容器损坏。配备泄漏应急处理设备。倒空的容器可能残留有害物。稀释或制备溶液时,应把碱加入水中,避免沸腾和飞溅。处理泄漏物须穿戴防护眼镜与精品w 开车前的准备工作原始开车前,要进行设计和施工质量的大检查,组织施工、设计、生产三方面人员,按专业、分工号开展“三查四定”-三查:查设计漏项,查工程质量隐患,查未完工程(包括未施工的联络笺、联系单,变更单的工作量);四定:对检查出来问题,定任务、定人员、定措施、定时间限期完成。“三查四定”应多次进行,分单机试车之前,各系统联动试车前和投料前三个阶段进行。检查方法以自检为主,在自检的基础上由主管部门组织设计、施工、生产准备班子联合检查,共同确认签字,对检查出来的问题要指定专人负责,限期完成。在原始开车前阶段要进行管道吹扫、气密试验、单机试车和管路保温等作业,此时工程呈现多头交叉。各项工作必须在高度统一组织、领导下,设计、施工和生产单位密切配合,使工程扫尾工作按总体开车方案的程序有计划地进行。3.2
