螺纹联接强度的计算目的要求1掌握普通螺栓联接强度的计算方法。2熟悉铰制孔用螺栓联接强度的计算方法。重点、难点紧螺栓联接强度的计算是重点,也是难点。复习提问要点:1、何谓松螺纹联接?2、何谓紧螺纹联接?3、铰制孔用螺栓联接与普通螺栓强度计算有何区别?教具、实验及教学手段教材、教案、教参等。老师讲解为主(举例、介绍经验),举一反三,课后小结,布置作业。作业布置P57:7-6、7-16 教学反映上课与作业情况均正常,个别同学作业中出现一些问题,主要一是上课内容还没有完全吃透,二是实践经验较缺少。课后分析本次课内容较多,螺纹联接强度的计算,特别是普通螺栓联接强度的计算,在教学中是重点,也是难点,在讲课过程中不能操之过急。在紧螺栓联接中既要考虑轴向拉力所引起的拉应力,又要考虑由于摩擦力矩所引起的切应力。复习提问:1、常用螺纹的类型和应用2、螺纹联接的结构新课导入:螺栓联接强度计算,主要是确定螺栓的直径或校核螺栓危险截成的强度。7.3
