化学工业工程建设交工技术规定HG20237-94 2.2 作业人员2.2.1 固定带式输送机安装主要工种为钳工、电工、焊工、起重工和油漆工,人员数量根据施工方案进行配备,特殊工种人员应持证上岗;2.2.2 开工前对参加施工人员进行职业健康安全、环境等方面的岗前教育;2.2.3 做好技术交底,并形成记录。使参加施工人员充分熟悉设备图及设备随机带的技术文件及有关规范规定。2.3 安装辅助材料的检查验收:根据施工方案或预算准备安装辅料,一般应包括焊条、氧气、乙炔、平垫铁、斜垫铁、煤油、润滑脂、油漆、胶带粘接料等,胶带粘接料应尽量使用胶带生产厂家配套产品。2.4 施工机具及器具准备2.4.1 施工机具的选择在满足施工工艺要求的前提下,应结合本单位的技术装备现状及现有机械可能利用的情况,充分发挥施工机械的效率和利用程度。2.4.2 施工机具主要有:卷扬机、吊车、叉车、手动运输车、导链、千斤顶、电焊机、气焊工具、钳工工具、刀具及电工工具。2.4.3 吊车型号的选择应根据设备所处的位置高度、回转半径及设备重量确定。2.4.4 测量器具:连通管、水平仪、经纬仪、框式水平尺、直径为0.35-0.5钢丝线、线锤、钢卷尺、钢盘尺及钢板尺。2.4.5所选用的工具、机具、器具必须完好、准确。所有机具必须经检验合格,施工测量及计量器具必须经技术检验机构检查部门计量合格,颁发计量合格证并在有效期内2.5 作业条件准备2.5.1 图纸会审并完成设计技术交底2.5.2 施工方案审批2.5.3 土建基础验收并完成中间交接2.5.4 必要的电源接至现场2.5.5 必要的安全防护设施准备齐全2.5.6 施工场地周边清理干净3.施工工艺3.1 施工工艺流程3.2 操作工艺3.2.1 测量放线3.2.1.1 用经纬仪确定输送机纵向中心线,与基础实际轴线偏差应不大于20mm。3.2.1.2 放出滚筒轴线,同时引出母线投影线,以便安装时测量滚筒与纵向中心线的垂直度。3.2.1.3 放出机架安装线3.2.1.4 由于土建预埋件的位置、标高误差,使之很难完全满足安装要求,同时考虑支架制造误差,安装前应逐个埋件,逐个支腿进行测量和配伍(即偏高埋件配短腿),必要时对支腿进行修正,埋件进行延伸,保证支架安装达到下列要求:(1)机架中心线与输送机中心线应重合,其偏差不应大于3mm;(2)机架中心线的直线度偏差在任意25m内不应大于5mm;(3)在垂直于机架纵向中心线的平面内,机架横截面对角线(L1、L2)长度差不应大于平均长度的 3/1000;(4)机架支腿对建筑物地面的垂直度偏差不应大于2/1000;(5)中间架的允许偏差为1.5mm,高低差不应大于间距的2/1000;(6)机架接头处的左右偏差和高低差均不大于1mm;(7)查符合要求后补刷油漆,漆种、色泽应与原构件一致。3.2.3 滚筒安装机架安装完毕,并固定牢固后,进行传动滚筒,改向滚筒和拉紧滚筒的组装。滚筒组装前应进行检查、清洗,轴承部位注入润滑脂,其安装应达到下列要求:3.2.3.1 吊线坠测量滚筒横向中心线与输送机纵向中心线的重合度,其偏差不应大于2mm。3.2.3.2 在滚筒外缘挂两个线坠(尽量靠近两端)测量滚筒轴线与输送机纵向中心线的垂直度,其偏差不应大于2/1000。3.2.3.3 使用钳工水平尺在滚筒上部测量滚筒轴线的水平度,其偏差不应大于1/1000。3.3.3.4 对于双驱动滚筒,用同一把水平尺并在同一方向测量二滚筒轴线平行度,其相对偏差不应大于 0.4mm。3.2.3.5拉紧滚筒在输送带连接后的位置,应按拉紧装置形式,输送带带芯材料、带长和启、制动要求确定,并应符合下列要求:垂直框架式或水平车式拉紧装置,往前松动行程应为全行程的20 3.2.4 带式输送机驱动装置示意图3.2.5 托辊安装3.2.5.1 托辊架安装,轴线应与机架轴线垂直,调整托辊架转轴应转动灵活;3.2.5.2 对于非调心或过渡的托辊辊子,其同类辊子上表面调整到在同一平面或同一半径的弧面上,相邻三组辊子母线的相对标高差不大于2mm;3.2.5.3 输送机凸弧段或凹弧段的托辊母线应具有弧线形;3.2.5.4 所有托辊在机架上应转动灵活并检查是否需要补充润滑油。3.2.6 输送带安装3.2.6.1 输送带通常有强力型、普通型和耐热型,同一工地多台输送机安装时注意分辨,并正确区分工作面和非工作面(工作面胶层较厚)。3.2.6.2 胶带布放过程中对胶带的质量进行检查,不应有机械损伤、明显的厚薄不均、重皮、露布等缺陷。3.2.6.3 对于较短的输送机,可用人力进行布放,胶带较长时则应使用卷扬机进行布放。3.2.6.4布放的方法是在机尾处将整卷胶带架空,沿着上托辊向机头方向展开,再绕过机头滚筒进入下层。3.2.6.5布放输送带时应有专人指挥,以确保安全,特别是带坡度输送带布放时,应采取措施防止输送带下滑;使用卷扬机布放,沿线每5 米设一人照管,避免跑偏、卡滞,并设专人与卷扬机操作人员保持联系。3.2.7 输送带连接输送带的连接是固定带式输送安装过程中极其重要的工序,输送带的连接方法应符合设备技术文件或输送带制造厂的规定。当无规定时,可按有关规范规定。输送带的连接应配备有实际操作经验的技术工人进行操作,如无专门经验的人员,应在正式连接前进行试连接,并进行拉伸试验,破断强度应达到原输送带的85 90,试连接的材料、工具、工艺过程与正式连接完全一致。输送带连接的工艺过程和要求如下:3.2.7.1 3.2.7(1)硫化器示意图(3)橡胶输送带热硫化法连接应符合下列规定:首先应将接头部位的纤维层和胶层按图3.2.7(2)的形式和尺寸剖切成对称的阶梯,然后涂胶浆。粘接带芯用的胶浆应分为稀浆和稠浆两种,稀浆应为一份橡胶料浸入六份汽油内溶解成的稀糊状胶浆;稠浆原料与稀浆相同,但其汽油的数量改为三份。接头时应先涂一层稀浆,待干后涂稠浆。接头处覆盖胶的配方与本体覆盖胶一致。保温时间宜按下列要求:A当输送带总厚度25mm 时,按下式计算:T1.4(14+0.7i+1.6A)(式 3.2.6-1)式中 T保温时间(min);i纤维层数;A 上胶与下胶的总厚度(mm)。B当输送带总厚度25mm 时,可按下式计算:T=1.4(17+0.7i+2A)或(3.2.6 2)C硫化连接所需增加的输送带附加长度L0,可按下式计算:L01/2B+S(i 1)或(3.2.6 3)式中 L0需增加的输送带附加长度(mm);B 3.2.7(2)硫化连接剖面(4)橡胶输送带的冷粘接带式输送机的胶带由覆盖胶层和多层棉织帘子布制成,各层间用硫化橡胶粘结在一起,外面覆盖一层橡胶壳,张力主要靠帘子布承受。由于热硫化连接工艺复杂,不容易掌握,不适合于施工现场。而传统的皮带扣连接因其接头重量大,工作不平稳,振动与噪音较大,接头强度低,基本淘汰,国内从上世纪八十年代初逐步研究推广冷粘接工艺。粘合剂粘合剂由胶粘剂和固化剂二个组分组成,各胶带生产厂家都有配套的粘合剂,故粘合剂一般由胶带生产厂家配套供应。粘合操作工艺A、预制二块垫压钢板,二边配钻适量螺栓孔,厚度、尺寸结合胶带尺寸确定(图3.2.7(3)。板外面可适当加筋以提高刚度。-第
