    20XX年医院行风建设工作计划根据市卫生局20XX 年全市卫生行风建设工作的总体要求,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,坚持科学发展观、坚持以人为本。以规范医疗服务行为,提高医疗服务质量和效率,努力为人民群众提供高效、优质、便捷的医疗卫生服务。结合我院实际,制订本计划。一、加强领导,加强行业自律加强行风组织领导,调整行风建设领导小组成员,措施到位,职责到人,院长任组长,副院长及各职能科室科长为组成人员。对行风建设开展情况监督、考评。各科主任(护士长)落实一岗双职责任,负责本科室的行风建设工作。进一步完善相关规章制度和行风考评办法,定期检查和考核,重奖重罚,奖优罚劣,加强行业自律管理。二、强化宣传教育,提高职业道德素养在全院大力开展理想、信念、宗旨、职业纪律和职业道德教育,努力提高全体医疗卫生工作者的职业道德水平。继续实行职业道德继续教育学分制,建立医务人员医德医风挡案,强化医德管理。(一)加强职业纪律、职业责任教育组织广大医务人员深入学习医德规范及实施办法和卫生系统工作人员行为规范,开展职业道德讨论、优质服务竞赛等一系列活动,进一步增强医务人员全心全意为病人服务意识和责任意识。(二)加强法纪教育组织广大医务人员认真学习刑法、执业医师法、医疗机构管理条例、医疗事故处理条例、传染病防治法 等卫生法律法规,进一步加强医务人员遵纪守法意识和廉洁自律意识。(三)加强正反典型教育,筑牢思想道德防线弘扬白求恩精神,引导医务人员树立正确的世界观、人生观和阶值观;认真开展警示教育,学习镜鉴录,通过剖析典型案例、观看腐败案例电教片等方式,使广大医务人员以案明纪、引以为戒,增强道德约束力。三、强化医院文化建设,构建和谐干群和医患关系(一)培育人文理念,提升人文素质通过各种形式的活动,将“以病人为中心”、“一切为了病人,为了病人的一切,为了一切病人”的服务理念贯穿于临床医疗服务工作的始终,努力创造医院文化品牌,培育医院精神,积极引导职工自觉树立主动服务、亲情服务、诚信服务人道服务、病人至上五种服务意识。1、加强医院文化阵地建设,办好宣传窗、黑板报,建立图书阅览室等,丰富职工精神文化生活,以文明、健康向上的文化凝聚人心。2、实行院领导联系科室、意见反馈等制度,增进管理者与员工之间的沟通和交流,构建和谐干群关系。(二)开展人性化服务,创造人文氛围积极创造条件,净化、美化就医环境,积极开展医疗、卫生、健康等科普知识的宣传。开展“爱心门诊、惠民病房”,继续做好惠民协作医院,向社会弘扬医务工作者救死扶伤的精神。(三)诚信服务,构建和谐医患关系继续严格实行门诊药费清单制、住院费用一日清单制、常用医疗文档编码:CR5R1L1O6L5
