2018 届高三高考备考工作总结范文2018 届高三高考备考工作总结范文2018 年的高考硝烟已经散去,需要我们总结的东西很多。以下我就高三(18)班的复习备考工作作以总结。一、班级高考基本情况高三(18)班参加高考的人数82 人,一本上线37 人,二本以上上线 69 人。成绩的取得是学校领导的正确指导和深切关心的结果、是高三(18)班全体科任教师无私奉献的结果、是高三(18)班全体同学顽强拼搏的结果。二、班级开展的工作1.了解学生,塑造一个师生情感融合的班集体高三(18)班是理科补习班,学生来自 XX 不同的学校和班级。我首要做的就是了解学生,首先尽可能在最短的时间内记住每一个学生的名字,这样可以拉近与学生心理上的距离,其次逐渐了解学生的成绩、能力、性格、人缘等各个方面,这样我们才会针对每个学生做到有的放矢。然后建立一个良好的班委,建立班委要是基于对学生的全面了解,这样建立的班委才能更好的发挥班委的作用。最后班主任要把自己融入到班集体中,因为我们也是这个集体的重要一员,我们与学生亲近,学生自然与我们亲近,这对我们日后的管理督导学生提供了很好的感情基础。2.注重学生的思想教育,树立良好的学习态度思想对每个学生都起着很关键的作用,做通了学生的思想工作,就可以使他们由被动的学习变为主动地学习。首先,告诉他们复读不是一种失败后的重来,而是一次人生的重新规划,是一次目标理想的升华。告诉他们只有树立良好的心态或端正学习态度,我们就完全有能力有希望考上理想的大学。从而改变自己的人生轨迹。其次,我给他们播放有关大学的视频,以增加他们的认知面,开拓他们的视野,使他们对大学的生活充满憧憬,以调动他们的学习积极性。最后,给他们讲述当前的就业情况,告诉他们高考对于他们的重要性,高考虽然不是改变他们人生道路的唯一途径,但是是使他们走向更好人生道路的重要途径,并不时读一些优秀励志文章来激励他们的斗志。同时还不断对他们进行学法指导,树立他们的竞争意识,让他们尽早进入高三复习备考状态。3.营建高考氛围,调动学习积极性营建高考氛围,调动学习积极性,形成刻苦学习争先恐后的学风,夯实基础,提高复习质量,全面提升全班学生学习成绩,是高三第一学期我班开展的主要工作,这方面我以个别谈话为主要工作形式,做全体学生的指导工作,对成绩好一点的学生,要求他们明确目标,确定方案,突破弱点,保持优势。同时提出具体措施;对成绩差一点的学生,以鼓励为主,多谈话、多检查,发现问题及时纠正,发现进步,充分表扬;形成了优秀学生带头,文档编码:CQ6X5I10G9U1 ZH8T6D4W4L1后进生不甘落后,大家比学赶超的学习风气。同时利用每次模拟考的成绩,进行个案分析,帮助学生建立自信,树立信心,发现弱点,分析原因,找到改进办法,保证各层次的学生都有强劲的学习劲头,使学习成绩保持上升趋势。4.重点抓好分层教育工作,注意心理辅导。高三第二学期班级开展的工作很多,其中分层分类教育、学生心理调适是首要工作。本学期,我针对补习班学生的特点,坚决贯彻抓两头促中间的工作理念。加大力度抓好目标生的思想、学法指导,做好临界生的维稳、转化工作。增强中间层面的竞争意意识。定期召开会议,单独谈心,争取科任老师、家长的多点配合等。收到较好的效果。另外高三学生面对高考的压力,使得学生心理负担沉重,他们中有些人害怕测验、害怕考试、更害怕高考,临场紧张,发挥不好,考前失眠,针对这些我都始终如一的对学生谈心、辅导和开导。三、班级备考中存在的问题及反思1.我班还有 ZH8T6D4W4L1优补差措施,加强对优秀生的培养。3.虽然自己对有些问题学生苦口婆心劝说过,但效果并不是很好。个别学生总是存在侥幸心理,同一个错误犯了又犯。班主任要不断提高班级管理艺术以加强对学生的教育管理,使学生形成良好的品质和习惯。4.即使是补习班班级内部分学生的吃苦精神和拼搏意志淡薄,主动发展和自主学习观念差,缺少人一之,我十之的艰苦拼搏精神,须学校和班级引起足够重视,制定可行的方案,扭转学生中的存在的这种风气。5.班级中一部分学生高二时成绩特别优秀,但一上高三成绩下滑明显,导致高考成绩不够理想,我也很自责,究其原因和班主任对他们学法指导不到位有很大的关系,所以今后要更加注重对学生的学法指导;但我认为和高一、高二的月考试题的整体难度不大也有一定的关系,一部分学生认为高中和初中的学法基本一样,他们更加注重记忆,而忽略了理解,因为只要简单记忆就可以很好地应付我们的月考试题了,从而导致学习也只停留在表面上,不深入钻研,也对学生的学习方法和学习态度产生一定的误导,等上了高三对知识理解不深入的学生学习就有很大的问题了。建议学校更加重视高一、高二月考的形式和月考试题的质量。文档编码:CQ6X5I10G9U1
