At the same time the General Education System is made a critical component to educate students all-roundly. Parallel to the quality education system is the practical job ability training system. By using PST-CCE as a major device, all field-training courses are project-led. With an increased number of such courses, students employment competitiveness has taken a great leap. In 2010, two talent training research projects were approved by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education as Innovative Experimentation Area. The Trinity supervising system incorporates a life supervisor, a class supervisor and a political counselor. Freshman students in every two dormitory rooms are assigned a life supervisor, and each class a professional supervisor, each grade in every school a political counselor.
