Prominent research on Build-Operate-Translation has formed a more mature theoretical system. BOT mode could be transplanted into the construction of Chinese stadiums for its adequate theory in infrastructure. Recently, there also have been new attempts Build-Operate-Translation on Chinese stadiums. It is not a long time BOT financing mode used in our Chinese stadium, there is no theoretical supporting system, but there are some problems in practical operation.
