生长发育的一般规律目的与要求让学生了解生长发育过程的基础知识,掌握特点和规律。重点与难点身体各个系统的发育是不均衡的但又是协调的教学过程教学过程:1生长发育是有阶段性和有程序性的连续过程。(1)少年儿童的生长发育过程划分为以下几个年龄期:婴儿期:从出生到1 岁 幼儿前期:1 至 3 岁幼儿期:3 至 7 岁 童年期:7 至 12 岁青春发育期:12 至 18 岁 青年期:约 18 至 25
