Mountain Range,and the highest peak of the eastern part of Mainland China,with theheight of 3767 meters above sea level.Qinling Mountain Range is the natural barrier of northern and southern Chinaas well as the watershed of the Yangtze River system&the Yellow River system.As the main peak of QinlingMountains,Taibai Mountain is bestowed with unique natural geographical conditions,coupled with illusive climatevariations.Taibai Mountain is capped with snow all year long,hence the name“Taibai”,which means grand andwhite”.Snow on Mount Taibaishan is one of the“Eight Scenic Attractions in Central Shaanxi Plain.”The uniquenatural environment of Taibai Mountain breeds a wide variety of species.It is rated as the natural species gene poolfor its various species and long history.The Mountain is alive with 302 animals species,more than 230 birds speciesand 1900 plant species;so it is renowned as“Natural Botanical Garden of Asia”and“Chinas Natural Zoo”.Major AttractionsNow,lets move on with the route and its major attractions in the resort.1After the visitors arrive at Taibai Mountain International Tourist Resort,they will take the sightseeing bus at theTourist Service Center and start their tour at the resort.While driving for about 25 kilometers,visitors will have seen around on the way,including the Shopping Streets onthe two sides of the river,Musical Fountain at Tangyu river,Longfeng Square,Black Ox Cave,Shengong Stone,Guanyin Cave,Yang Wenzhou Memorial Hall,Camel Mountain,Bastion of Iron,Lotus Cliff Waterfall,Plank Road ofChinese Three Kingdoms Period,Ink-splashed Mountain，Land of Idyllic Blossom,Floors of Red Birches,etc.Starting from the Red Birch Floors,you will take the Taibai cableway to fly in the marvelous cloud sea and have afeeling of flying over the top of the forest,as if you suddenly have a kind of special power and live in the fairyland.The Taibai cableway has a length of 3000 meters and its altitude spans over 1251 meters.When you get on thecableway,what you can see is the woods in the middle of the mountain.When you get off and get to the destination,what comes into your eyes is all about grass and flowers.Here you have arrived at Tian Yuan Di Fang,the dividing line between the North and the South of China.The altitudeis 3511 meters.You will feel like you are living in the fairyland and it will make your life special,especially the fact thatyou experience the soaring determination while standing over the dividing line between the North and the South.After a moment of rest and some photo shooting,you will walk along the footpath and see around the BonsaiGarden of Heavenly Palace.Azaleas blossom from May to August,so you may see many azaleas covered themountains in Bonsai Garden of Heavenly Palace.Passing through the garden,you seem to live in the sea of flowers.The trees in the garden are diversely shaped like a mixture of dragon and snake,a phoenix and a triangular flag,making it a natural bonsai garden.Going through Bonsai Garden of Heavenly Palace and Larch Scenic Forest Belt,you can hear all the pines sound like a marvelous symphony made by the nature,which will make you refreshed andrejuvenated,and you may immerse yourself into a golden sea of tranquility.Standing on the glasses up in the air in Shangban Temple,you can experience the feeling of flying over in the sky,so just come here and have a try if you love excitement and challenge.In Shangban Temple,you can take the cablecar to Xiaban Temple where you can return to the tourist service center.Back to the tourist service center,it is far from ending you tour.As a major tourist attraction,Taibaishan InternationalHoliday Resort also provides its tourists with great entertainment and accommodation.To name a few,there areTaibai Mountain Ski Resort,hot springs,Taibai Water World,Taibai Mountain Drift,as well as grand spa hotels.Take the Water World for an example.A total of 120 million RMB has been invested in the construction of the waterworld.It is a comprehensive water park with many projects and the most advanced facilities.It can hold more than8000 tourists.In the water park,there are 10
