中职教师教学工作总结、农村在职教师中招考教师进城工作的方案一:农村在职教师中招考教师进城工作的方案 为促进人才合理流动和充实城区教师队伍,需从农村在职教师中通过考试调入高中、初中、小学教师,为做好此项工作制定如下方案。一、招考科目及人数高中教师 5 人,其中语文、数学、英语、物理、地理各1 人;初中教师 32 人,其中语文 6 人、数学 7 人、英语 7 人、物理 2 人、化学 4 人、生物 1 人、政治 3 人、历史 1 人、地理 1 人;小学教师4 人,其中语文2 人、数学 2 人。二、考试科目教育学、教育心理学、专业基础知识与技能,考纲与“从大中专毕业生中招聘教师”的考纲相同。三、报考范围、条件及要求(一)除宛水、双龙、西宁、虹桥街道和城区市直学校以外符合报考条件的在职教师均可报考。(二)年龄在 45 周岁以下(1964 年 1 月 1 日后出生),从事教学工作 3 年以上,且现仍在高中、初中、小学教师岗位上工作的教师。(三)报考高中教师必须具有大学本科及以上学历,且所学专业、所教专业与所需岗位相同,初中教师、高中教师均可报考。报考初中教师必须具有大学专科及以上学历,且所教专业与所需岗位相同,初中教师、高中教师均可报考,小学教师具有大学专科及以上学历,所学专业与所需岗位相同也可报考。报考小学教师必须具有大学专科及以上学历,且所学专业与所需岗位相同,现仍在小学岗位的教师。(四)报名时间、报名地点、考试时间与“从大中专毕业生中招聘教师”的相同。报名时教师持乡(镇)中心学校或市直学校证明到教育局报名,有加分条件的,必须提供加分证明,证明上任教时间、任教科目和现工作岗位必须写清楚,同时交同底免冠半寸近照 4 张。(五)岗位数与报考人数达到1:2 方可开考。四、照顾加分(一)教龄 1 年加 0.7 分(二)表彰奖励加分:获得县级及以上政府和县级以上教育行政主管部门表彰奖励的优秀教师、先进教育工作者,给予加分,受表彰奖励的只能选其中最高一项加分。国家级表彰奖励加15 分省部级表彰奖励加10 分地厅级表彰奖励加8 分县处级表彰奖励加5 日顺利通过了省专家组达标验收,这是对我校创建高水平职业学校活动的最大肯定,为学校的可持续发展奠定了更为坚实的基础,为我县职业教育的大发展,大进步搭建了一个坚实的平台。二、坚持“以人为本,以事业为重”的治校理念,提高整体教师思想业务水平,激发办学活力。1、加强管理队伍建设,提高管理水平。学校在10 年校级领导班子改组的基础上,于今年4 月份,结合全县事业单位人事制度改革,又对学校中层领导进行了公开竞聘,在全县教育系统内选拔产生了 7 名中层骨干,为职教中心的发展注入了新的生机和活力。2、着手人事制度改革,推行教师竞聘上岗和聘任制度改革。新一届校领导班子成立后,着手进行人事制度改革,在全县内率先推行教师竞聘上岗和全员聘任制改革。建立起能者上,平者让,庸者下的灵活用人机制,促进了教师的流动,激活了教师的干劲。同时结合上级精神,实施“向一线教师倾斜,向重要岗位倾斜,多劳多得,优劳优酬”的绩效工资分配机制,极大的调动了广大教师的工作积极性。3、构建“学习型”学校,加强师资队伍建设,实施“师德工程”,打造一流团队。几年来,我校一直以“学历达标,双师为主”为发展目标,积极构建“学习型”学校。我校从教师的思想政治素质、专业理论水平、实践教学能力以及教科研能力等几个方面入手,全面提高教职工队伍的整体素质。今年,我校还加大了专业文档编码:CD7D6B8S3K10 多万元利用电视台、报纸、网络媒体、户外广告等多种形式进行广泛宣传高邑职教的发展和国家对职业教育的系列优惠政策,组织全体职教员工由中层带队入户招生。经过坚持不懈的努力,今年我校的招生工作取得重大突破,共完成各类招生1346 人,创历史新高,圆满的完成了县委、县政府规定的招生任务。2、创新办学机制,提升办学活力。12
