    所年度工作总结今年以来,在总社领导的关心和支持下,XX 储蓄所靠宣传、服务和管理,克难攻坚取得了储蓄存款稳步增长的优异成绩。至年底,全所储蓄存款余额达XXXX 万元,较年初净增 XXXX万元,人均净增 XXX 万元,日均业务量由过去的XX 笔增加到目前的 XXX 笔,其他工作也取得了一定成绩。回顾一年来的工作,主要有以下几个方面:一、抓宣传,树形象,扩大社会知名度宣传是营销信用社的有效手段。去年以来,我们在坚持储蓄宣传制度化、经常化的同时,积极做到“四个结合”,即集体组织与个人上门宣传相结合,临柜宣传与社外宣传相结合,重大节日宣传与日常宣传相结合,传统宣传与现代化宣传相结合,积极机遇,实际上只是一种可能性,如何把可能性变为现实,需要勇气与智慧。有人说,抓住了它就有幸福生活;有人说,抓住了它就会有巨大的财富;还有人说,抓住了它就可以给你一个无限展示自己才华的大舞台.资中支行利民分理处在城南的成立是一个抢占市场的契机,也是让利民分理处全体员工展示自己才华的大舞台利民分理处成立之初,领导和全体员工都感觉到了机遇与压力。机遇在于:城南是一个商机,是一个发展战略目标,众多的批发商及开发商芸集于此,政府大楼的锁定,国税局学校的搬迁。无不表明这里是发展的市场;压力在于:X 行发展稍晚,完全是重新抢占市场,没有人会把大把大把的资金放在家里闲置,更不可能等我们来城南才开始存银行。然而“物竞天择,适者生存”,天时地利人和是我们发展的机遇,利民分理处抢在元月13 日开业,处于春节前期,对于发展储蓄存款业务提供了契机。且分理处地处交通要道,有着较好的地理优势,加上人员分配的合理。“人心齐,泰山移“,开业初期,我分理处没有一人休息过,如何加强营销力度和宣传攻势,短期内迅速提升分理处的知名度,扩大影响是能否抢占市场实现奋斗目标的先决条件,我分理处制定了系列战略战术,我们走访附近的商家店面,收集他们的身份证号码,利用中行开折开卡不收工本费,不收取卡年费的优势为其办理免费开户。上社区宣传,发动亲情友情攻势承诺上门收款。我们宣传时最爱说的一句话是:我们走出来,希望您能走近我们中行,感受一下我们中行的服务质量与态度。不停的重复着我们的承诺,不停的重复着我们的有利产品,那时我口袋里随时带着的是“金嗓子“,我知道语言是和客户最直接的沟通。只是看到我们的努力终于打破了开业之初那种其他行人来人往,我分理处人气不旺的景象。当每天收取的存款余额沉淀到几百万时,当社区宣传带来大量客户,当为客户理财带来商机时,也同时给我们带来了希望。VIP ZQ8M8K1K6Z5来方便。所以我分理处总能沉淀许多活期存款,如今城南的批发市场被我分理处垄断了,四周的商家店铺早已被我们的服务打动成为忠实的客户群。收到存款利率上涨的消息,我分理处立即采取措施:通知客户前来转存存单。我们充分利用这一利好消息赢得为客户理财和沟通的机会。客户前来后,我们又采取不同措施,例如有些客户的教育储蓄只存了几天,我们积极的为其办理提前支取转存;有些客户已存了两个多月或五个多月,我们会劝他到一个阶段来转存,这样做不仅能让客户觉得我们真的在为他们着想,而且还可暂时缓解近期转存过多,业务量过大的情况。有些客户在其他行存有教育储蓄因没到期和开证明难,我分理处员工利用关系到学校开了学生证明,客户很乐意把存款取到我分理处续存。我分理不仅仅做了对老客户的工作,同时也加大力度到社区宣传,办理业务时,特别注意服务态度,因为近期转存业务过多,比平时几乎多上一两倍,我们的员工以优质的服务比其他行又取得了优势。机遇是随时都遇上的,但是机遇只青睐善于发现和把握它的人,我分理处随时抓住契机,抓住机遇为客户理财,抢占市场,在今年开业短短十个月里,人民币储蓄存款净增3208 120多万元。二、抓服务、稳存款如何留住老客户,迎来新客户,我分理处积极响应柜台文明优质服务。当许多客户说中行是几个商业银行中服务最好的一个行时,我们终于赢来了更多的客户群,当民生宾馆为了每个关系都照顾一点,只给我分理处拔了60
