    工资、津贴和奖金制度第一章总则第一条为了正确计发工资、奖金,合理分配劳动报酬,激发员工的积极性、能动性和创造性,特制订本制度。第二条本制度适用于公司全体员工。第三条基本工资由人事部计算,报总经理签字后,转会计部发放。第四条工资给付除特别规定的情况外,须直接以现金支付给员工,支付工资时,详列各项津贴及扣除额。第五条员工对工资产生疑义时,可以向人事部咨询,行使工资请求权,但自发生日起 10
