总则第一条适用范围本管理办法适用于伯金汉宫(以下简称公司)全体员工。第二条目的为了使企业内部员工的业务素质和技能满足公司发展战略和人力资源发展的需要,公司对员工应进行有计划、有系统的培训,以达到公司与员工共同发展的目的,特制定本管理办法。第三条培训目标公司以“服务于企业利益、服务于企业员工”为目标,在考虑公司持续稳定发展基础上,尊重员工个性与发展要求,通过多样化的培训不断提高员工的素质与工作技能,把因员工能力不足和态度不积极而导致的人力成本浪费控制在最小限度,为公司提供各类合格的管理人员和专业人员。第四条培训宗旨全员培训,终生培训。第五条培训方针自我培训与传授培训相结合、岗位技能培训与专业知识培训相结合。第六条培训原则公司对员工的培训遵循系统性原则、制度化原则、主动性原则、多样化原则和效益性原则。(一)系统性员工培训是一个全员性的、全方位的、贯穿员工职业生涯始终的系统工程。(二)制度化建立和完善培训管理制度,把培训工作例行化、制度化,保证培训工作的真正落实。(三)主动性强调员工参与和互动,发挥员工的主动性。(四)多样化开展员工培训工作要充分考虑受训对象的层次、类型,考虑培训内容和形式的多样性。(五)效益性员工培训是人、财、物投入的过程,是价值增值的过程,培训应该有产出和回报,文档编码:CO5F5D9O7U6 ZH8V4H1O10T8应该有助于提升公司的整体绩效。第二章培训内容和形式第七条培训内容培训内容包括知识培训、技能培训和素质培训。(一)知识培训不断实施员工本专业和相关专业新知识的培训,使其具备完成本职工作所必需的基本知识和迎接挑战所需的新知识。(二)技能培训不断实施在岗员工岗位职责、操作规程和专业技能的培训,使其在充分掌握理论的基础上,能自由地应用、发挥、提高。(三)素质培训不断实施心理学、人际关系学、社会学、价值观的培训,建立公司与员工之间的相互信任关系,满足员自我实现的需要。第八条培训形式培训形式分为公司内部培训、外派培训和员工自我培训。(一)内部培训1、新员工培训。2、岗位技能培训。3、转岗培训。根据工作需要,公司原有从业人员调换工作岗位时,按新岗位要求,对其实施的岗位技能培训。转岗培训可视为新员工培训和岗位技能培训的结合。4、部门内部培训。部门内部培训由各部门根据实际工作需要,对员工进行小规模的、灵活实用的培训。部门内部培训由各部门组织,定期向人力资源部汇报培训情况。(二)外派培训外派培训是指培训地点在公司以外的培训,包括嘉兴中港酒店组织的各种培训、国内外短期培训,高级经理人海外考察,另外还包括酒店课程进修培训、企业经理人培训、资格证书培训等。(三)员工自我培训公司鼓励员工利用业余时间阅读书籍,积极参加各种提高自身素质和业务能力的文档编码:CO5F5D9O7U6 ZH8V4H1O10T8培训。第三章培训组织与管理第九条公司人力资源部负责培训活动的计划、实施和控制。基本程序如下:培训需求分析;设立培训目标;设计培训项目;培训实施和评价。第十条其他各部门负责协助人力资源部进行培训的实施、评价,同时也要组织部门内部的培训。第十一条建立培训档案(一)建立公司培训工作档案,包括培训范围、培训方式、培训教师、培训往来单位、培训人数、培训时间、学习情况等。(二)建立员工培训档案。将员工接受培训的具体情况和培训结果详细记录备案。包括培训时间、培训地点、培训内容、培训目的、培训效果自我评价、培训者对受训者的培训评语等。第四章受训者的权利与义务第十二条受训者的权利(一)在不影响本职工作的前提下,员工有权利要求参加公司内部举办的各类培训。(二)经批准进行培训的员工有权利享受公司为受训员工提供的各项待遇。第十三条受训者的义务(一)培训期间受训员工一律不得故意规避或不到。(二)培训结束后,员工有义务把所学知识和技能运用到日常工作中去。(三)非脱产培训一般只能利用业余时间,如确需占用工作时间参加培训的,须凭培训部门的有效证明,经所在部门和人力资源部批准后,可做公假处理。(四)员工脱产培训期间,不能解除或终止劳动合同。如合同在培训期间到期,则须续签一定年限的劳动合同,其生效日期为前一份合同期满之日,而且要保证培训结束后至少有三年的合同期。该要求对已到法定退休年龄者例外。(五)具备下列条件之一的,受训员工须与公司签订培训合同:文档编码:CO5F5D9O7U6
