    学生会部门考核制度在院党委的领导下,在院团委的指导下,为了更好的促进学生会工作,为进一步实现学生会内部管理规范化、制度化,完善学生会内部管理制度,调动各部位工作积极性和主动性,实现学生会工作的协调统一,对学生会干部、成员在学生会期间为学院所作的工作和工作中的表现,以考核的方式加以全面反映和鉴定而制定本制度。基本总则:一、学生会工作人员要爱国、爱党、爱校,坚持正义,反对 xx 及一切不良之风。二、学生会工作人员带头遵纪守法。严格遵守学校的各种规章制度以及学生会工作原则和组织纪律。三、学生会工作人员要积极贯彻执行学生会的章程和决议,按时、保质、保量地完成学生会交给的各项任务。四、学生会工作人员在工作中要顾全大局,不计较个人得失,加强团结,积极配合其他部门开展工作,反对一切形式的小团体主义。五、学生会工作人员在工作中要勇于开拓,奋力进取,勇于创新,任劳任怨。六、学生会工作人员的工作作风要正派,谦虚谨慎,平易近人,虚心听取别人的意见,知道错误要及时改正,实事求是。七、学生会工作人员要克服官僚作风,深入调查研究。勇于承担责任,关心下级干部、同学的思想、学习、生活和工作。八、学生会工作人员的学习态度要端正,目的明确,勤奋刻苦,很好的处理学习与工作的关系。九、学生会工作人员在工作期间要保持好个人形象,公共场合要自觉维护学生会的形象。十、学生会工作人员不准酒后工作,不准在学生会办公室里大声喧哗或做体育运动及一切与工作无关的事情。考核原则:一、考核对象我院学生会所有干部、干事;干事在一学期内被安排到的工作,三次以上无法参加的,取消考核资格;二、学生会干部、成员考核制度实行百分制 3、每学期迟到累计两次或缺席一次者,会上由主席提出批评。迟到累计三次或缺席二次者,该同学本学期不具备评选先进个人资格,并在全体成员大会上作自我批评。4、迟到累计四次或无故缺席三次者,视为自动退出学生会。一学期请假不能超过三次。部门工作考核 1、对其本职或本部门的工作,安排到而不参加者扣5分,被安排到而不参加学生会组织的活动两次以上扣5 分;2、凡院团委、学生会主席团要求各部门上交的各类书面材料,没按规定时间上交的扣2 分,工作报告在工作或活动后一周内交,否则扣2 分到 4 分;3、没有认真组织所属部门工作,包括明显地超越权限或丢掉权利的酌情扣2-5 分。4、对团委、主席团要求的工作任务无故不执行者扣25 分,延误者酌情扣3 分;各部门内以以上同等情况处理;5、未按时按量完成本职工作者,每次扣13 2 分;5、一学期都有参加学生会组织的集体活动者,加5 分;一学期例会、值班全勤者加5 分;6、为维护学生会荣誉和整体利益而作出贡献者加5 分 7、主席、副主席下达的任务能顺利完成者每次加1 分;8、为学生会制订好计划或献计献策者,对其作出较大贡献者每次加510 分;9、非本人执勤的而帮助别人执勤者每次加2 分;10、学生委员会上受表彰者每次加2
