56 万平方米。二期项目主要由 2 栋 25 层办公楼、4 层商业用房及 1 层地下室组成,各建筑物类型结构特征见表(1)。拟建建筑物的地基变形允许值:4 层商业用房及地下室相邻柱基的沉降差为0.002L;高层建筑基础的平均沉降量为200mm,高层建筑物的整体倾斜 60mHg 100m为 0.0025。25层办公楼为剪力墙结构,4 层商业用房为框架结构,拟采用桩基础。0.000m的绝对标高为 66.20 米,场区整平标高为 65.70m。二期工程 0.000m 的绝对标高为66.20m,设一层地下室,底板标高-6.70m;现场地整平高程 65.70m。喷锚支护基坑计算深度取邻近基坑侧壁的承台底垫层深度,桩排支护计算深度取承台底垫层深度。地下室基坑平面上呈不规则矩形,基坑顶部外边线长为351.00m,宽为 105.00m,基坑面积 35945.00m2,基坑实际开挖深度7.10-7.60m。12、水文地质概况拟建场区位于地貌部位属于汉江北岸I 级冲洪积阶地,根据场区地层结构及地下水的赋存条件,场地地下水类型主要分为场地地下水类型主要为填土层中的上层滞水,第四系砂、砾石层中的孔隙潜水。杂填土层上层滞水:赋存于上部填土层中,补给来源为地表生活用水及大气降水,一般为季节性含水,雨季含水,旱季疏干,无统一自由水位。因拟建场区原排水系统较健全,勘察期间,场地上层滞水较少。砂砾石层孔隙潜水:赋存于砂、圆砾层中,场区地下水主要为承压水,勘察期间文档编码:CQ9G8W10O7Q1 米。场区孔隙潜水与汉江有水力联系,并相互补给。水位随季节变化,枯水期地下水补给汉江,洪水期地下水受汉江的补给。襄阳市汉江崔家营水电枢纽工程于2009年 5 月下旬开始蓄水,汉江襄阳城区段正常水位高程达 64.00 m,地下水位将随库水位变化,相应的变化幅度约23m。1.3、基坑周边环境概况根据建设单位提供资料及现场调查,基坑周边环境如下:1、基坑北侧为空地(征地范围),地下室外墙距离用地红线最近距离为4.10m;2、基坑西侧为 A6地块一期基坑支护范围相接;3、基坑南侧为空地(征地范围)和规划道路,场区内民用建筑已拆除。地下室外墙距离红线最近距离为24.24m;4、基坑东侧为空地(征地范围)地下室外墙距离用地红线最近距离为8.40m,距离航空路中心线 33.21m.二、监测目的在围护结构和土体加固施工期间,由于土体应力平衡受到破坏,会对周边的建(构)筑物、道路及管线产生一定的消极影响,因此必须周期性地对周边的建(构)筑物、道路及管线进行观测,及时发现隐患,并根据监测结果对应地及时调整施工方案,确保建筑物、道路及地下管线的安全运营和正常使用。在基坑开挖过程中,由于地质条件、荷载情况、材料性质、施工工况和外界其它复杂因素的综合影响,加之理论预测值尚不能准确、全面、充分地反映工程的各种变化,所以,在理论指导下,有计划地进行现场工程监测十分必要。本工程的监测目的主要有:1)通过将监测数据与预测值比较,判断上步施工工艺和施工参数是否合理或达到文档编码:CQ9G8W10O7Q1
