20102011学年度第一学期学校教学工作总结反思才会进步,总结才会提高。一学期以来,教导处在校长领导、支持下,教导处学期初制定的工作计划,基本落实。牢固树立教育教学是中心,教学质量是生命的观念,扎实开展教导处工作。发挥教导处对学校教学的研究、指导、服务的功能,注重教学过程检查与监督,提高备课组、教研组工作的实效性。现对本学期教导处工作作如下总结:一、主要工作1、继续促进教师教育观念转变本学期教导处召开了多次教研组长与年级级长会议,学习、研讨课题的相关理论知识,分析、总结考试纪律与成绩,讨论、分配有关“两评”的相关工作。组织青年教师学习培训,鼓励中青年教师走进多媒体、运用多媒体,与现代化教育接轨。安排老教师与青年教师结对子,以老带新。集体安排每周校本教研。2、严格执行教学法规,开齐课程,上足课时,做到学科安排不走样,综合实践课程不走味,校本课程安排不走调,确保高质量完成各科教育教学任务3、狠抓常规管理,提高教学效益教学常规每人一本(1)、本学期教导处继续完善和落实常规检查工作,对教师的教学计划、备课、上课、教案、课后反思、听课、作业批改、辅导、考试等各个教学环节在学期初提出了明确的要求和检查方法,并真正做到了落到实处。(2)本学期教导处组织进行了两次教学检查,检查采取不定期进行的方式,并把专项检查与综合检查相结合,专项检查中重点是备课、听课,做到检查有结果,非常注重实效性。从检查的情况来看,教研组及老师整体上都较好,但仍然存在着一些问题,如不按要求书写教案,青年教师教案太简,听课次数不足,作业批改不细致等现象。(3)本学期教导处注意课堂教学各环节的规范性,以提高40 分钟效益为目标,加强教学案一体化,备课要做到“心中有本,目中有人,胸中有法”。要备课标、教材、资料、学生、教法和练习,备课组内要互相协作,资源共享,共同进步。(4)、加强了考试工作的管理。坚持各年级两次月考及期中、期末考试。高三认真参加了汕尾市组织的摸底考、调研考,初三尝试了分层教学、分层考试。加强了巡视和管理力度,加强考风考纪教育,加强了考后分析和落实调整措施的力度,对各年级特别掉队的学科、班级,实行重考。对教学态度、教学效果极差的个别教师进行了相应的处理,真正实行优胜劣汰。提高了组织管理的水平,同时也加大了考试对教师的评价实效性。过关4、进一步优化课堂教学(1)、各教研组活动注重教学活动的效益,摒弃重形式而轻内容的教研,优化课堂教学的环节,提高教学效益,特别对备课、听课、辅导、作业及试卷的批改加强了检查与监督。(2)、除放假、考试外,每周开放两个年级,教导处统一安排全校不同形式的公开课,具体到科目、班级、课节,并进行听课登记,认真组织评课、总结。要求老师人人上示范课。通过此项活动,提高了教师的课堂教学效果,也提高了教师教学能力。5、提高了组织管理水平本学期按县教育局的安排,学校迎来了县督导室、教研室等职能部门多次来校,教导处组织了相关教师的听课活动,及材料的查阅等,通过检查评估一致认为我校教师水平高、教研教改意识强,给予了很高评价。在大家共同努力下,综合评价成绩出色。初中部获全县综合质量评价二等奖。6、继续加强教研组建设。各教研组认真制订学期教学研究计划,明确研究重点任务,积极开展教学研究活动,切磋教法学法,上好常态课、研讨课,积极开展评课交流,不断总结提高。同时,引导教师自觉学习教育刊物教改经验,指导课堂教学,关心新教师成长,实行以老带新,新老教师结对子,鼓励教师积极参加汕尾市教学论文、课例竞赛,本期上交论文118篇,初中部部分教师参加海丰县组织的“一人一课”教学大赛,等教师分别 .形成良好的学习氛围,增强争先创优意识。继续加强教组对备课组的管理和监督作用。教学竞赛学生获奖7、继续规范教导处工作,加强自身建设。充分认识教导处的职责,提高工作的主动性与计划性,努力发挥对教学工作的研究、指导和服务功能。教导处人员实行集体办公,明确分工,各负其责,相互协调。深入课堂,积极巡视,认真检查。尤其注重对各种资料的归纳、整理。全期全校教学工作基本做到有条不紊、紧张有序,积极主动,处处落实。8、立足课堂教学实践,把课改的精神落实到具体的课堂教学中。扎实开展各类教研活动,大力开展课堂教学研究,努力提高课堂教学效果。开展“清晰的课堂教学,有效的作业设计”的高效课堂教学改革,关注学生学习能力、探索能力、创新能力的提高,同时更加关注学生知识与能力、过程与文档编码:CX10X7W6V6B3 ZA9C10U5U1S2方法、情感态度与价值观的发展。努力培养学生的良好学习习惯。9、加强课改的过程管理。有计划地举行以备课、上课、听课、评课为主要形式的课改研讨活动,学会反思,总结经验与教训,扬长避短,优化教学。本学期继续进行随堂听课活动活动,要求老师每周听课不少于4 节,几位教导主任每周必须听课6 节以上。扎实开展这些活动,培养了一批学校的骨干教师,提高了学校的随堂课的教学质量,进而以点带面,全面提升我校的课堂教学水平。10、积极注重教师业务水平的提高,除要求各教研组组织学习相关理论外,鼓励教师积极参加各级组织的相关教学研讨活动,走出去、请进来。开拓了教师的视野,提高了教师的综合素质。交流、联考、参观.11、狠抓“培优补短”,面向全体学生。我校学生来源广泛,学生间的个体差异更是十分明显,这从客观上更加要求每个教师应从学生的个性出发来考虑学生的发展。各年级根据具体的情况,分别制订了相应的评价标准,提出了不同的要求,分科、分班,分层,召开各种会议,开展各种活动,培养兴趣、端正态度、明确目标。今年在九年级广泛开展“培优补短”工作,精心组织了两次分层考试,在初中部开展了具体的帮教活动。高三年级对临界生和偏科学生的帮扶也取得了明显的效果。12、开始了课题研究工作,弥补了我校课题研究的空白。在上级领导的关怀指导下,我校课题研究工作已经全面开张起来,数学、化学科,已申报省级课题,语文、英语已申报市级课题,其余科组均申报了县级课题。部分学科已成功编写出较为理想的校本教材。二、工作中问题的反思本学期教导处工作有了一定的改进,一定程度上提高了教学效益,促进了教育教学发展,不可否认,也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。1、教师教育教学观念仍需要进一步转变实践中我们发现教师教育教学观念的转变仍然需要一个过程,要付出更多的的努力,要消除急躁或急功近利的情绪,改革课堂教学艺术,多关注学生,管理学生。2、教师队伍建设难度增加提高青年教师的素质是我们努力的方向,在提高教师技能素质的同时,必须文档编码:CX10X7W6V6B3 ZA9C10U5U1S2加强师德建设。3、加强教学常规检查结果的评价在本学期的教学检查中仍然发现个别老师为完成任务而补教案、抄补听课记录、沿用老教案的现象,造成了消极的影响,。4、考试考试纪律仍需加强,阅卷工作仍需进一步完善,质量分析还有敷衍现象。存在的问题及未来工作设想一、教学检查对教学工作的实际推动效果不甚理想。1、尚有少数教师工作敷衍了事,作业批改拖拉、马虎,上课不能尽职尽责;2、不备课上堂,课后突击应付检查的现象较为时有发生。这些现象对我校的教学工作产生了极大的负面影响。分析原因,我们认为教学检查不能只停留在后台,教学检查的主阵地应该是在教室里,在课堂上,在学生中。这样我们才能及时掌握第一手资料,从源头抓起,防患于未然,才能保证教学检查的时效性。3 教学检查的形式也可多样化,可采取有针对性的专项检查、针对专人检查、向学生调查、普查与抽查相结合等形式。其次应加大对课堂教学的检查力度,将教师随堂听课,领导听课制度落到实处。二、校本研修无实质性进展。我校教师普遍对校本研修不感兴趣,认为是搞形式、走过场,再加上学校经费和条件的限制,校本教研活动几乎是停滞状态。要想改变这一状况,首先必须建立一套考评和激励机制,以激发教师搞教研的内在动力。其次,为教师尽可能地创造条件,创造机会,使他们能更多地、更方便地参与到教研活动中来。再者,重视对教师教研活动的技术指导,发挥专业引领的作用。我们希望下学期我们的教研活动能从无到有,从有到多,从多到好。三、教师专业化、专门化程度不高。教师队伍不整齐,导致教师跨级、兼文档编码:CX10X7W6V6B3 ZA9C10U5U1S2课现象太过严重,这不利于教师的专业发展,也不利于学校教育教学质量的提高,给管理带来了难度。我们认为,学校对教师的管理应立足于实际,着眼于未来,既考虑到教师所学的专业,也要考虑学校的岗位需求。学校应引导教师进行专业定位,并通过培训、校本研修、帮扶等措施帮助教师不断谋求专业发展。四、校园文化建设尚未起步,特色教育有待发展。校园文化建设有利于浓厚校园文化氛围,提升办学底蕴,育人于潜移默化之中;发展特色教育也有利于提升学校的办学品味,符合素质教育理念。考虑到我们学校缺乏这方面的经验,我们将在认真学习外校经验的基础上,结合本校实际,从零开始,边做边学。总之,在过去一学期,取得了一些成绩,也存在着一些问题,更面临许多的困惑,如果从制度上加以改革,建立起真正的激励机制,形成良性的竞争环境,工作会做得更好。文档编码:CX10X7W6V6B3
