监理单位组织构架:监理单位需有完整高效的人员组织,保证各项工作的顺利开展,要求监理单位组织架构至少需包含以下岗位了,原则上禁止兼任:*XMGLJMWJ008#人员配备方面,监理单位需配置不少于下面规定人员数量:总监理工程师/总监理工程师代表1 人;质量监理工程师1 人/10 万平米;进度监理工程师 1 人/10 万平米;安全监理工程师 1 人/10 万平米;信息监理员 1人;工程实测自检员:1 人/5 万平米 旁站监理员 1 人/5 万平米;(合并)(监理合同)*XMGLJMWJ008#5 监理单位岗位职责:1、?总监理工程师:主持编写项目监理规划、审批项目监理实施细则;审查分包单位的资质,并提出审查意见;审定承包单位提交的开工报告、施工组织设计、技术方案?工程质量监理:负责编制相应专业的监理实施细则;组织、指导、检查和监督本专业监理员工作;审查施工单位提交涉及本专业的施工组织计划、方案和申请,并向总监理工程师提出审查报告;负责本专业分项工程及隐蔽工程的检查和验收;定期向总监理工程师报告监理工作实施情况;负责本专业的工程计量工作,审核工程计量的数据和原始凭证对关键部位或者关键工序安排旁站监理,检查督促旁站监理工作当发现施工质量和安全问题时,必须采取相应措施予以处理,并及时报告总监理工程师 负责本专业现场安全文明施工监督检查工作;审查施工组织设计中有关现场安全文明施工的内容,督促施工单位建立和完善安全文明施工生产制度、安全技术措施及安全技术操作规程、特种作业持证上岗等制度;检查施工单位的安全措施落实情况,针对施工中的不安全因素与安全中的薄弱环节进行研究并提出措施,并督促施工单位整改,审查特殊机械和特殊工种的操作人员的资格证、上岗证;定期巡视检查施工现场,定期检查施工单位的安全管理内业资料,并将检查的结果记录在月报中,发现安全隐患应及时制止,并拟发安全隐患通知单,情况记录在监理日记中,定期上报现场安全文明施工情况;每周监理例会上总结上周安全监理情况和安全文明施工存在的问题及安全隐患和整改时限,对施工现场存在安全问题整改不及时或不合格的情况,向施工单位发整改通知单。评价施工单位的现场安全文明施工情况,并提出改进意见;每周组织施工单位进行一次全面的安全检查;5、工程资料管理组岗位职责:建立并管理档案室,负责各种文件的收发、登记及整理工作;进场原材料、物件、半成品、机械设备等各种原始资料的整理;施工过程中,各种检查资料的整理;施工各阶段验收资料的整理;协助现场监理工程师完善各种资料;工程竣工资料的整理归档;6、工程实测自检组根据时代地产工程管理制度要求执行实测实量自检;统计检结果报项目经理,并抄送项目管理中心;监督施工单位测量放线工作,并负文档编码:CH4P8D4R9E2 位需监督保证自身与施工单位均备有合资格的足够的测量员与检查设备;复核控制桩、平面控制网、高程控制网及临时水准点质量控制工作施工组织设计、专项方案落实监督监理单位需监督施工单位按计划落实各项工作;如前述两项计划需调整、补充或变动时需经专业监理工程师审查、由总监签认对施工单位施工工艺、工序、质量控制方法等进行过程监督要求符合时代地产工程管理手册及时代地产技术操作指引要求对施工
