1honorable judges, fellow students:good afternoon!recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. the college studentsarethe beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional educationatextraordinary places. but will we be able to face the challenge andsupportourselves against all odds? will we be able to better the lives ofothers? willwe be able to accept the responsibility of building the future ofourcountry?the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, whichwould cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. thecollegestudents i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. wehelpeach other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and takeparttime jobs to supplement our pocket money.the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglecttheneed for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we caredeeplyfor each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seektruth. lastweek, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested inorder tomake a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point inourlives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each willprofoundlyimpact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe inall my fellowclassmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a littlebit childish. ibelieve that we have the courage and faith to meet any challengeand take on ourresponsibilities. we are preparing to assume newresponsibilities and tasks, andto use the education we have received to makeour world a better place. i believein our future.三分钟英语演讲稿2hello everyone!I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill andmountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crookedplaces will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, andall flesh shall see it together。Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King。 But the changingworld seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow inthe process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbyeunconsciously to those distant childhood dreams。However, we meed dreams。 They nourish our spirit; they representpossibility even when we are dragged down by reality。 They keep us going。 Mostsuccessful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid tothink big and dare to be great。 When we were little kids, we all dreamed ofdoing something big and splashy, something significant。 Now what we need to dois to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality。 However, thetoughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams intoactions。 Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it。 Dont letthe nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future。Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through ourcreativity, we will make it。Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird thatcannot fly。 Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren fieldfrozen with snow。 So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams。Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today。Thank you!三分钟英语演讲稿3hello everyone!Students, guests , teachers and Honorable JudgesGood morning !my great pleasure to share my dream with you today。 my dream is to bee ateacher。As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in ourlife。 I dont expect plete freedom, which is impossible。 I simply have a dreamthat supports my life。I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooksand lead my own life。 With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the greengrass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the freshand cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last。 Simple and short enjoymentcan bring me great satisfaction。I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of ic andcartoon away。 They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happinesswith us while watching cartoon or doing personal things。 Thats the realmunication of heart to heart。I have the belief that my dreams should e true。 I am looking forward tosome day ing when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vastsky。Thank you!三分钟英语演讲稿4Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, today i am so happy to stand here to giveyou a speech。Or rather, a real story of mine。Though with time going by,i can still remember what you once told me。Youshould be a brave girl。Smiling, you looked into my eyes。Year in,year out, nearlymost of my memories are fading little by little。But only this simple sentenceremained, without being forgotten in my life。Again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about it。Soordinary, but so impressive,so moving, just like the brightest sunshine,it helpsme go through the darkest night。I am such a sensitive girl in your heart。Yousaid,my sorroful facial expression made feel so distersssed。However, there is onething i never tell you, that is ,i am being a big girl gradually with your wordsand smiles。I never tell you about it,for i believe oneday, you can see the greatchanges of mine for yourself。That is what i want to do in return。As i know, thatwill be the best gift for you。I suddenly think of a song named MY HEART WILL GO ON。There is a beautifulsentence going like this。You are safe in my heart。More than once,i was moved totears by it。I know ,i am also safe in your heart。i have already forgotten when itold you i was going to leave for Australia this summer holiday。You just smiledas usual, gently speaking。Whatever you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething, remember, when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here, praying for you。We are all around you,far across the distance and space betweenus。i closed my eyes, the flashback started。The memories we had together, once weplayed games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other, you always wrote alot of sentences on my articles to encourage me。And the most unforgetablething, you told me,you believed m i could be a big girl。Sooner or later。At that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentencetotally。So on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at you。The last words isaid were, keep walking in sunshine。Yes,keep walking in sunshine。I said to you ,also to myself。I know i am notalone wiht your pany, and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute ofour days。I promise,i will be a big girl。I promise,i will be a brave girl。I promise,i will keep walking in sunshine。That is my speech, thank you!三分钟英语演讲稿5Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen:Today I would like to begin with a story。 There was once a physicaltherapist who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census aboutmountain gorillas。 These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from allover the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching and being putinto the zoo。 She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened herdetermination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautifulcreatures。 She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imagedwe&39;ve ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surroundedby trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled their babies。Yes, that&39;s a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillasin the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs。 Diana Fossey, who spent most of herlifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of herlife。To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts asa timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the costof our eco-environment。Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many newproblems。 On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries inthe 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everythingthere is to see and to go any place there is to go。 It has bee a lifestyle forsome people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth。 It hasthe magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity。 But on theother hand, many problems can occur - natural scenes aren&39;t natural anymore。Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal。 Oil spills from touristboats are polluting Antarctica。 Tribal people are forsaking their native musicand dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks。All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can nolonger stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been erodingour resources。 Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has puttourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 2002the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world&39;s attention thebenefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment。Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations arereceiving donations - big notes, small notes or even coins - from housewives, plumbers, ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids。 Some ofthem cannot afford to send the money but they do。 These are the ones who drivethe cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage intheir neighborhood。 Why? Because they care。 Because they still want their MotherNature back。 Because they know it still belongs to them。This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feelslike it, smells like it, and looks like it , it&39;s all ing from a scene to beremembered, a scene to recall and to cherish。The other night, as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it wassent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs。 I found myself hummingsoftly, not to the music, but to something else, someplace else, a placeremembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seemed to have beenexcept the deer。And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our minds, there&39;salways a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight forit。Thank you very much。
