学 号 分 类 号 江苏食品职业技术学院 毕业设计(论文)题 目 DN40截止阀的加工工艺规程设计 院(系)名 称机电工程系专 业 名 称 数控技术学 生 姓 名孔钰楠指 导 教 师刘碧俊二一 年 五 月 十五 日DN40截止阀的加工工艺规程设计摘要: 阀门作为一个流体输送的组件,随着国民经济,特别是国家煤化工产业和装备制造业的发展,对阀门提出新的要求:高温、高压、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷、抗热循坏和零泄漏。这样,阀门将获得快速发展。截止阀是利用阀瓣沿着瓣座通道的中心线移动,来控制管路启闭的一种闭路阀,可用于大部分介质流程系统中。目前,已广泛用于石化、电力、冶金、城建、化工等部门。本文对DN40截止阀的发展、用途、结构和特点进行了概述,增强对该阀门的了解。根据对阀门的分析,确定其生产类型,毛坯种类和制造方法,拟定加工工艺路线,排除不合理的加工路线,进行高效合理的加工,利用正确的加工工艺制造出合格的优质阀门。关键词:阀门 截止阀 性能 工艺 设计DN40 globe valve processing process planning Abstract : The valve as a fluid transmission components, as the national economy, especially the national coal chemical industry and the development of the equipment manufacturing industry, and put forward the new request to the valve, high temperature and high pressure, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to erosion and follow the bad and zero leakage. So, the valve will obtain rapid development. Globe valves are using the globe valve seat disc along the center of the channel, to control the movement of a pipeline open circuit valve. Can be used in the system of medium flow. At present, has been widely used in petrochemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, chemical and urban construction. Based on the development of DN40 cut-off valve, the purpose, structure, features of certain of this, enhance the understanding of the body.
