个月月为限。在试用用期内人人事部将将对新员员工的工工作进行行审查,以确定定是否符符合工作作标准,如不符符合工作作标准,则予以以辞退。调职及降降级:根据工作作需要及及员工表表现,员员工可被被调职、晋升或或降级至至其他职职位或部部门,薪薪金及福福利亦会会相应调调整。工资:员工工资资按劳动动合同规规定发放放于公司司规定之之日期以以现金的的形式发发放。员员工之每每月工资资包括基基本工资资、伙食食补贴。基本工工资按薪薪级而定定。其中中伙食补补贴为浮浮动工资资,放假假期间取取消。职级:公司依据据员工所所在不同同部门、不同岗岗位承担担不同责责任划分分以下级级别:董事长级级总经理级级副总级部门主管管级一般员工工级工作时间间:员工每周周工作时时间四十十小时(不包括括用膳时时间),每天工工作时间间为8:0011:30;13:0017:00,员员工午休休时间为为11:3013:00,午午休时间间禁止玩玩扑克、麻将等等赌博性性娱乐,公司设设有乒乓乓球、跳跳棋、军军棋、象象棋、围围棋等供供员工午午休自由由娱乐。各员工工必须严严格遵守守工作时时间。加班:如员工在在规定时时间以外外加班,员工应应根据工工作需要要服从公公司安排排。公司司以年终终奖金方方式给予予补偿。旷工:凡事先未未办请假假手续而而无故缺缺勤或请请假未准准即私自自休假者者为旷工工。旷工工除被违违纪处罚罚及扣除除当日工工资外。另按公公司罚款款处理,旷工三三天或以以上者,按除名名处理。终止合约约:试用期内内,任何何一方都都可提出出终止合合约,第第一个月月内,双双方均可可随时提提出终止止合约;第二个个月内,双方均均可提前前4 天终终止合约约,如未未提前77 天通通知对方方终止合约约,则以以7 天工工资代补补偿。试试用期满满后,、任何一一方需终终止合约约必须提提前一个个月以书书面通知知另一方方。双方方亦有权权以现金金补偿通通知。在在特殊情情况下,例如:员工犯有有严重过过失,公公司可立立即解除除合约,而无需需事先通通知。亦亦不需作作出赔偿偿。裁员:因经营政政策、技技术、经经济、政政治或其其他不可可抗逆条条件影响响下,公公司有权权裁减员员工,有有关裁减减数量及及裁员补补偿,公公司将根根据国家家政策执执行。员工福利利法定假期期:所有员工工可享有有国家规规定的以以下法定定假日,如因业业务需要要,在法法定假日日不能休休假,将将由公司司安排以以年终奖奖金形式式补偿,1 、元元旦2、劳动动节3、国庆庆节4 、春春节福利假:年前因无无工程需需要,可可放带薪薪假,年年满工作作5
