机动车的组成:公交车方式和小汽车方式;2) 车辆换算系数:以小汽车为标准车,将公交车折算为标准小汽车;3) 车辆的载客系数:参考国内外的取值或做简单的实地调查;( 4)高峰小时流量比:可参考长沙市的实地调查数据,207 年和 2021 年长沙市内主要道路的高峰小时流量比如下表2.6 所示。表 2.6
