展台搭建合同(中英文版)THE CONTRACT FOR E_HIBITION STAGE PUTTING UP SERVICE展台搭建服务合同This contract is made on 20_/ / .该合同签订于20_年月日Parties to this contract are as follows:合同双方：Customer: (客户方:)Contractor: (合同方:)Customer agrees to sign this contract on the agreement that the contractor will go on and finish the follog project (hereinafter referred to as “This Project” ):基于合同方将执行并完成下述所列项目（以下简称“项目”），客户方同意签订此项同意书。After numerous friendly negotiations between the customer and the contractor, both agree on the fabrication cost of this project.经共同友情协商，客户方和合同方对该项目的制作费用已达成一致意见。The contract was signed by the customer and the contractor, and the contract clauses of protocol of both sides are as follows:合同由客户方和合同方共同签署，双方合同条款为以下所述：Article 1条款1The obligations of both sides: In order to obtain the amount of money that article 2 stipulates.双方的义务：按条款2规定，合同所列的项目制造费用The contractor must construct the stage meticulously according to the design proposal roved in the course of bid of both sides, in charge of coordination work with e_hibition sponsor, and make sure the stage can be used normally during this e_hibition period.(Design proposal as an endi_ of this contract.)合同方必须细致的按照双方同意的设计书的要求建造和搭建展台，负责和展会赞助商的协调工作，确保展台在展会举行期间正常使用。（合同附件请参见设计书。）The customer should pay the project fund on schedule according to the stipulations of this contract (TotalU.S.$), cooperate with contractor to launch the work and provide necessary information.(See detailed price as an endi_ of this contract.)客户方应按照合同规定如期支付项目费用（总额为美金），配合合同方的工作并提供相关信息。（合同附件请参见报价明细表。）Article 2条款2The amount of money of this project for contractor is U.S.$.项目的总费用为美金The above-mentioned amount of money include all the artificial, material and mechanical fee needed by the contractor to put up the stage, but does not include any relevant e_penses and e_tra material, e_tra mechanical equipment of the customer personnel, and some mechanical equipment lease not included in tation of prices.以上所述费用包括搭建展台所需的人工费，材料费和相关机器设备使用费，但不包括相关的花费和额外材料费，客户方工作人员的额外设备费，及其他设备租赁费。Article 3条款3Time limit for this project: From the day this contract signed to (Month) (Day), 20_.The contractor must begin relevant preparation within the first day after receiving the advance payment of the project.The legal efficacy of this contract will disear once this e_hibition ends, then both dont have to e_ecute the contract.项目的时间限期为：自合同签署日20_年月日起合同方必须在收到项目的预付款的第一天开始相关准备工作。合同的合法有效性将于展会结束后立即结束，双方无需继续履行此项合同。Article 4条款4The contract will include follog file:1.Final tation of prices of this project (See endi_).合同将包括以下文件：1.最终项目报价单（请看报价明细表）Article 5条款5About paying the bill:关于款项支付：1.Divided two payments contracted.2.Advanced payment: The customer pays 50 amount of money (U.S.$), above-mentioned in Article2, to the contractor on the day the contract is signed.3.Close payment: On the day the stage was put up, (Day) (Month), 20_, the left 50 amount ofmoney (U.S.$), above-mentioned in Article 2, will be paid to contractor.4.The contractor is responsible for cooperating with customer"s matters in the scene during the e_hibition, andwill arrange personnel on duty.1.款项支付分为两部分。2.预付款：按条款2所列，客户方在合同签署的当天支付全部款项的50作为预付款（美金）3.余款：按条款2所列，在展台搭建完的第7天，即20_年月日，客户方需支付剩余款项，即50的全部款项。4.合同方将负责在展会期间就展台场景与客户方配合，并在现场安排相关工作人员。Article 6条款61.If the dispute takes place between the customer and the contractor, it will be resolved through consultation.While consultation doesnt work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.如客户方和合同方之间发生争议，双方将进行协商解决。如果无法协商，争议将依照仲裁法解决。2.If the customer and the contractor dont e_ecute the obligation according to this contract, pay the amountof money, and the other behavior to make the contract can not be continued, the customer or thecontractor should be responsible for breaking the contract, and pay forfeit.The forfeit money will not be more than the amount money of this project.如客户方和合同方中有任何一方没有执行合同的义务，如客户方未支付合同规定的全部款项，如任何一方的行为造成合同无法继续，客户方或合同方应有责任中断该合同，并支付违约金。违约金规定不超过该项目全部费用。Article 7条款7This contract is done in duplicate, after both sides sign, each hold a share.合同将一式两份，双方签署之后，各方各执一份。Customers sign:(Official st)客户方签名_：（公章）C ontractors sign:(Official st)合同方签名_（公章）第 5 页 共 5 页
