模組化模糊分類在產品開發之研究-以自行車內變速器為例蕭惠華中文摘要模組化是使用共通元件創造產品多樣性的策略或方法,當產品要運用模組化概念開發時,必須完整考慮到產品的設計、組裝和製造,整個模組化過程中,最重要的部分就是產品零件的分類,現有的分類技術,僅止於零件的編碼,而並不考量零件間的關聯性與組裝,本研究以結合模糊邏輯的概念於產品的分類,提出模糊詮釋結構模式和模糊聚類分析兩種分類的技術,以更適合產品模組化之規劃與應用。模糊詮釋結構模式為詮釋結構模式與模糊綜合評價之結合運用,比原先的方式更能清楚知道產品零件的重要順位。模糊聚類分析則分別以零件連結強度關係值定義產品關係,及模糊語意考量產品零件連結的強度,並經解模糊化後實際定義產品關係,此兩種方法操作零件分類,兩方法皆達成將原本模糊聚類分析之4個操作步驟簡化為2步驟,使設計分類更容易快速。本研究具體達成以下目標:1. 本研究是以內變速器為案例驗證對象,具體達成模糊理論應用於產品零件之模組化分類。2. 重新建構模糊詮釋結構模式及模糊聚類分析的操作步驟,以更適合在產品零件的模組化設計規劃應用中。3. 考量零件分類中的零件關連強度值。關鍵詞:模組化、模糊分類、模糊綜合評價、詮釋結構模式、模糊聚類分析、內變速器。Modular Fuzzy Sorting in Product DevelopmentCase Study in the Multi-Speed Drive Hub for BicyclesHsiao Hai-huaABSTRACTThe modular is a method to create variety of productions by using general components. It has to consider the designing, fabricating and manufacturing, when using the modular to develop production. The most important part of the modular is classifying components of production. Those techniques of classifying nowadays are only of coding components, rather than considering the fabricating and relation between components. This research use the Fuzzy logic to classify productions, and using the fuzzy interpretive structural model (FISM) and the fuzzy clustering analysis (FCA) to get better way to map out and to apply the modular.This research emphasizes on the decomposition analysis. In developing modular design, and replaning the two techniques, the fuzzy interpretive structural model (FISM) and the fuzzy clustering analysis (FCA) in sorting. The fuzzy interpretive structural model combines the interpretive structural model and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is more useful in deciding the priority of components in production than other methods. By using fuzzy clustering analysis, the relationship between the assessed value of parts indicates the strength of connection between components. It simplifies four stages to two stages, and makes sort designing easier. The research objects addressed in this paper include:1. Multi-speed drive hub is as the example to verify the application of fuzzy theory in product modular design.2.
