YK7+763.3、ZK7+775.3沈家河大桥孔桩施工交底K5+4430大大路河44号大桥桥钻孔桩桩施工交交底一、工程程概况1.1、工程地地理位置置和概况况银川至昆昆明国家家高速公公路(GG85)彭彭阳至平平凉至大大桥村段段控制性性工程试试验段PPDSYY-1标标起点为为崆峒区区草峰镇镇潘城村村(甘宁宁界)(右右线KOO+0000,左左线ZKK0+0000),顺顺接银昆昆国家高高速公路路宁夏段段。路线线下穿黄黄土塬后后沿大路路河谷布布设,至至终点草草峰镇范范河村附附近(KK5+6640),全全长5.64kkm。设设桥梁117766m/44座,隧隧道20094mm/1座座;涵洞洞1711.5mm/3座座,天桥桥78.08mm/座项目所在在区位于于六盘山山东麓陇陇东黄土土高原西西部,总总体地貌貌属黄土土高原沟沟壑区,总总的地势势西北高高,东南南低,地地势大致致从西北北向东南南倾斜,地地形主要要为黄土土塬、黄黄土梁峁峁沟壑,沟沟谷纵横横交错,下下切深度度大,黄黄土流失失严重,沟沟底常有有黄土崩崩塌物堆堆积。黄黄土梁峁峁区的相相对高差差一般为为10001550m,少少数超过过2000m,一一般沟谷谷下切7701150mm。主要工程程量为“一隧五五桥一路路基”。一隧隧道为潘潘城隧道道:左线线长21105mm,右线线长20082mm;五桥桥为大路路河1号号大桥、大路河河2号大大桥、大大路河33号大桥桥、大路路河4号号大桥、BD00K0+7000天桥,上上部结构构分别为为10*40mm/7*40mm(分离离式)、6*440m、19*40mm、100*400m预应应力混凝凝土箱梁梁结构、16+20+20+16mm预应力力混凝土土现浇箱箱梁;路路基工程程挖方为为1133.2万万m3,填填方为330.002万mm3;涵涵洞1771.55m/33座,防防护排水水工程约约1.55万m33,合同同总价55.955亿元(含暂定定金额)。5+4330大路路河4#大桥KK5+2225.5KK5+6634.5,全全长4009m。桥面净净宽2XX11.5m,下下部结构构桥台采采用柱式式台,44、5采采用桩柱柱一体墩墩,其余余采用柱柱式墩,盖盖梁9个个,系梁梁5个,墩墩台基础础均采用用钻孔灌灌注桩基基础,均均为摩擦擦桩,11.6mm桩基3360mm, 11.8mm桩基117522m, 2.00m桩基基9600m,合合计30072mm。上部部结构采采用预应应力混凝凝土连续续箱梁, 全桥桥共3联联,3*40+4*440+33*400,先简简支后连连续,共共预制梁梁板800片。1.2、主要工工程数量量K5+4430大大路河44号大桥桥桩基工工程量为为:566根,其其中1600cm的的8根,计计3600m;180cmm的32根,计计17552m;2000cm的的16根,计计9600m。1.3、地形地地貌及地地质概况况1.3.1沿线线分布地地层本桥布设设于沈家家河上,桥桥台东侧侧为沈家家河级阶地地,上部部为冲洪洪积黄土土层,厚厚30mm以上,以以下为冲冲洪积角角砾,潮潮湿、中中密,河河道有常常年流水水,沟心心出露冲冲洪积角角砾,饱饱和,中中密,大大桥西侧侧桥台位位于黄土土梁的坡坡脚,顶顶部为风风积马兰兰黄土层层,以下下为冲洪洪积黄土土,土质质较均匀匀,孔隙隙含量较较少,底底部为冲冲洪积角角砾,潮潮湿,密密实。1.3.2.不不良地质质作用桥址区不不良地质质作用主主要为黄黄土陷穴穴,分布布于III级阶地地表层,沿沿冲沟沟沟底及沟沟沿分布布,直径径1020mm,深55m左右右,陷穴穴内黄土土堆积疏疏松。主主要分布布于YKK7+3317YK77+3225.00段,直直径5mm左右,周周边有小小坍塌,坑坑内黄土土较松散散,现已已平整成成耕地,浇浇水时易易诱发落落水洞,影影响路基基的稳定定性。1.3.3.地地震动参参数抗震设防防标准本本桥桥位位处地震震动峰值值加速度度为0.2g,根根据大大桥工程程地质勘勘查说明明南绕绕城高速速公路主主线大桥桥场地类类别有类、类两种种,根据据中国国地震反反应谱特特征周期期区划图图和公公路桥梁梁抗震设设计细则则中设设计加速速度反应应谱特征征周期调调整表,类场地特征周期Tg=0.45s(E1水准),Tg=0.5s(E2水准),类场地特征周期Tg=0.65s(E1水准),Tg=0.7s(E2水准)。1.3.4.气气象特征征本项目所所处地域域为大陆陆性季风风气候明明显,特特点是降降水少,日日照多,光光能潜力力大,气气候干燥燥,昼夜夜温差大大,年日日照时数数为26600小小时,无无霜期为为1800天,年年平均降降水量在在25003550毫米米,并集集中分布布在69月,年年平均气气温9.3,兰州州地处中中国地理理的几何何中心,有“陆都心心脏”之说,地处山山间盆地地,形成成“夏无酷酷 热,冬无严严寒”的独特特气候。1月平平均气温温-4.1、最低低气温-16.8,7月月平均气气温233.4,最高高气温339.88。秋季季月平均均最高气气温和月月平均最最低气温温分别为为22.1和100.7;冬季季日平均均气温稳稳定在00-88.2。1.4、桥涵设设计标准准1)设计计荷载:公路-级。2)设计计洪水频频率:大大中桥、涵洞:1/1100。3)主线线桥面宽宽度:22x122.255m。4)桥面面横坡:与路基基横坡一一致。5)地震震动峰值值加速度度:0.2g。6)环境境类别:类。1.5、工程特特点 本工工程桩基基施工工工程量大大。 工期期要求非非常紧张张。桥梁地地面高差差大,很很多桩基基施工,需需要刷坡坡以后才才能施工工,施工工难度大大。主体结结构设计计使用寿寿命1000年。 二、施工工工艺及及施工组组织计划划2.1、施工工工艺选择择本管段钻钻孔桩基基础施工工根据现现场实际际地质情情况及设设计文件件,沈家家河大桥桥左右线线桥先采采用旋挖挖钻进行行试钻,能能够施工工则采用用旋挖钻钻机钻孔孔,否则则采用冲冲击钻钻钻机钻孔孔,吊车车配合钻钻机安装装钢筋笼笼,混凝凝土由搅搅拌站集集中供应应,搅拌拌输送车车运输,混混凝土输输送泵泵泵送灌注注水下混混凝土,施施工程序序为:施施工准备备埋设护护筒钻孔成孔清孔桩身钢钢筋笼安安放安装导导管二次清清孔灌注水水下混凝凝土拔除护护筒场地清清理。其其施工工工艺流程程图如下下。2.2、施工工工艺流程程平整场地凿桩头测定孔位挖埋护筒钻机就位钻
