2023年投诉信 英文 Dear sir or madam, I'm writing to you to complaint about the laptop computer that I bought in your company's outlet shop in Zhong Guancun a week ago.The computer that I bought is one of the Acer K52F series.The appearance of the computer is quite satisfying and the salesman aured me that this computer is of high quality.However, things went the opposite way.Just one week after, there emerged many problems.The most serious one is the battery.The salesman once claim that it can work for at least two and a half hours, but it just can stay for no more than twenty minutes. Yesterday I went the aftersale service center for help.But the attitude of the clerks were very indifferent.They insisted that it was my fault and it was caused by my own improper use.But I'm sure I have nothing to do with it.After encountering their ignorance, I went to the shop where I bought the computer.Again they refused my request for exchange or refund.What's more, they were quite impolite to me. I think, as the manager, you should do something to solve the problem.To be honest, I chose you brand because it is a big and famous brand which is often considered to be reliable.However, from my personal experience, I'm quite disappointed about it now.I 'm afraid if things like this go on, your company will lose your customers gradually and further more you market share.I think there is no need for me to mention the serious consequence. So, it is neceary for you to take some measures to reduce the negative effect of the poor service of you company.As for my case, I think you should let my computer repaired as soon as poible.The battery should be exchanged or at least I should be given some compensation.Moreover, I suggest you make a strict requirement about you stuff and nurture the awarene of service.It is not just a case about myself, but the reputation and brand image of the products of you company.
