2023年基于思科平台的高职计算机网络专业人才培养方案研究人才培养计划怎么写 摘要：据麦可思数据有限公司出版的江苏省高校毕业生就业、预警和重点产业人才供应2023年度报告显示，目前计算机网络技术专业毕业生供需基本平衡，但由于对口就业率较低，学生对就业现状满足度不高等缘由，计算机网络技术专业已被列为江苏省高校高职高专黄牌预警专业。而随着我国信息化时代的到来，系统集成已成为朝阳产业，在工信部进行资质认证的江苏省系统集成商达两百多家，在互联网行业需求人才中有24%的岗位须要计算机网络技术类。作为培育高素养技能型应用人才的高职院校，应加强专业建设，对计算机网络技术专业课程体系进行大胆改革，以适应当前社会对网络人才的需求。笔者以南京机电职业技术学院网络专业为例，简述基于思科平台的高职计算机网络专业人才培育方案探讨。关键词：计算机网络技术；思科；高职人才培育中图分类号：G642文献标识码：A文章编号：1009-3044(2023)18-4432-02The Talent Cultivation Plan Research of Higher Vocational Computer Network Based on Ciscos PlatformDIAO Ai-jun , XIE Fei（NanJing Institute of Mechatronic Technology,NanJing JiangShu 211135 China）Abstract: According to 2023Annual Report on College Graduates Employment, Early warning and Key Industry Talent Supply in Jiangsu Province published by MCOS, the supply and demand for the graduates who major in the computer network technology are balanced. However, the computer network technology has been regarded as the early-warning major because a lot of jobs dont fit the graduates major and the students are not satisfied with the current employment. With the information ages coming, the system integration has be come sunrise industry. The manufactures that are being certificated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology are over 200. There are 24% positions which demand this major in network industry. As a advanced vocational college which aims to cultivate the high-quality skilled talents, it is required to strengthen the professional construction and to take a bold reform to the curriculum system of the computer network technology, so as to meet the demand for the network talents. The author takes the network professional of Nanjing Institute of Mechatronic Technology for example to briefly account the talent cultivation plan of higher vocational computer network, which based on Ciscos platform.Key words: computer network professional; Cisco; higher vocational talents cultivation近年来，随着我国网络应用的迅猛发展，企业对网络人才的需求在不断增加。依靠高职院校培育出一批网络专业应用型人才早就是燃眉之急的事情，如何正确定位专业方向，找准学生就业岗位，真正培育应用型人才，是专业人才培育方案制订的根本依据。我们通过企业走访、毕业生座谈会等形式，科学规划专业设置。我院网络专业毕业生就业主要是面对长三角及江苏省系统集成商及各行业需求网络管理的岗位，主要就业岗位为网络管理员、网络工程师及网络工程技术人员，次要就业岗位为网络相关产品营销、推广与服务员等。网络系统集成作为朝阳产业，我们着重对南京市场的30家网络系统集成商进行了调研，其中90%的用人单位在设备调试岗位聘请时都提出厂商认证的要求，80%的企业亲睐于思科认证。思科公司作为网络行业的领军厂商，有80%的互联网信息流量由思科公司的产品进行传递，其技术标准已成为网络行业标准的主要制定依据。基于此，南京机电职业技术学院在制定网络专业人才培育方案时，提出基于思科技术平台进行专业建设。 1成立思科网络技术学院，获得思科技术支持2023年起，网络专业和网络设备业界世界龙头级企业：美国思科系统公司进行合作，在南京高职院中首家成立南京机电思科网络技术学院。通过校企合作的模式获得思科技术支持，网络专业开发多门职业课程，让学生能够根据思科的网络技术标准驾驭网络学问，同时还能够具备调试思科网络设备的实际动手实力。
