Students learn to read written language in meaningful chunks, i. e. the situation and what the person involved plans to do about it.二、学情分析:四年级这两个班学生个性特别,大部分学生对于英语学习有一定的积极性,但部 分学生不能积极思考、大胆回答问题;3班学生听说能力较好,5班学生平时有点唱 读。整体两级分化的情况比较严重,部分老困难生与陆续进来的新生基础薄弱,尤其 在读、背、写的方面需要督促与加强。三、教学目标.语言知识目标:The students will be able to get the main idea of the story, read the new words and the comparative and superlative forms better and best.1 .语言技能目标:Students will improve their understanding ,speaking, listening and reading skills through reading activities.2 .学习策略目标Students interpret and use given information through listening and reading materials and solve the new words through using dictionary.3 .情感态度目标:Students know they should choose things they like to do.4 .文化意识目标:Students can express feelings in appropriate ways.四、教学重点:The main idea of the story and several new words such as suggested, turned, called, other, helthy, heard, better and best.五、教学难点:To read the words and long sentences correctly.六、教学资源:PPT, E-book, textbook, flash cards, posters七、教学过程:教学环节与时间教师活动学生活动设计意图1.Warming up and Pre-reading (6 minutes)1 .教师先问班里的同学:只问 一遍。a. Ask the Students to watch and listen carefully so that they know the story better.3 .Teacher asks the students to follow to read the story. Which clubs do you belong to? Which club do you like best?Which club do you like better,A Club or B Club?5.示范后让学生两人一组进行 对话练习。4.Consolidation and Summing up1.
