10000M2,由哈尔尔滨豪盛装装饰工程公公司设计与与装修。 地址:哈哈尔滨市香香坊区衡山山路 18 号石化大厦厦二层 邮编:15500366电话:04451-223081116传真:04451-223444454聘用条条件员工来源:公司所需员员工,将面面向社会公公开招选,包括大学学毕业生、职职校毕业生生及在 职技术员员等。所录录用的正式式员工,均均实行劳动动合同制。试用期:新员工将接接受为期三三个月的试试用期,如如需延长试试用期则以以不超过 1 个月为 限。在试用期期内人事部部将对新员员工的工作进行审审查,以确定是是否符合工工作标准, 如不符合工作标准,则予以辞退。调职及降级级: 根据工作作需要及员员工表现,员工可被被调职、晋升或降降级至其他他职位或部部门,薪金及福利利亦会相应应调整。 工资:员工工资按按劳动合同同规定发放放于公司规规定之日期期以现金的的形式发放放。员工之每月工资资包括基本本工资、伙伙食补贴。基本工资资按薪级而而定。其中中伙食补贴贴为 浮动工资资,放假期期间取消。职级: 公公司依据员员工所在不不同部门、不不同岗位承担不不同责任划划分以下级级别: 董事长级级总经理级 副总级 部门主管管级 一般员工工级工作时间:员工每周工工作时间四四十小时(不不包括用膳膳时间),每天工工作时间为为 8:0011:330;13:0017:00,员工工午休时间为为 11:3013:00,午休休时间 禁止玩扑扑克、麻将将等赌博性性娱乐,公公司设有乒乓乓球、跳棋棋、军棋、象象棋、围棋 等供员工工午休自由由娱乐。各各员工必须严严格遵守工工作时间。加班: 如如员工在规规定时间以以外加班,员员工应根据工作需需要服从公公司安排。公公司以年终奖金方方式给予补补偿。 旷工:凡事先未办办请假手续续而无故缺缺勤或请假假未准即私私自休假者者为旷工。旷旷工除 被违纪处处罚及扣除除当日工资资外。另按按公司罚款处处理,旷工工三天或以以上者,按按除名处理。终止合约: 试用期内内,任何一一方都可提提出终止合合约,第一个个月内,双双方均可随随时提出终止合约;第二个月月内,双方方均可提前前 4 天终止合合约,如未未提前 7 天通知对对方 终止合约约,则以 7 天工资代补补偿。试用期满满后,、任何一方方需终止合合约必须提提前 一个月以以书面通知知另一方。双方亦有有权以现金补补偿通知。在特殊情情况下,例如: 员工犯有有严重过失失,公司可立立即解除合合约,而无需事事先通知。亦不需作作出赔偿。 裁员:因经营政策策、技术、经经济、政治治或其他不可抗逆逆条件影响响下,公司司有权裁 减员工,有有关裁减数数量及裁员员补偿,公公司将根据据国家政策策执行。员工福福利法定假期: 所有员工工可享有国国家规定的的以下法定定假日,如因因业务需要要,在法定定假日不能休假,将将由公司安安排以年终终奖金形式式补偿,1 、元旦旦2、劳动节节3、国庆节节4 、春节节 福利假:年前因无工工程需要,可放带薪薪假,年满工作作 5 年以上者,每年可休休假二天, 休假需一次性提取,不能累积,逾期视为自动放弃。事假: 如如无充分理理由,员工工不得请事事假。凡有有特殊原因因而请事假假者,应提提前报批请假申请表表,经部门门经理和行行政副总、总经理批批准后,方方可休假,否否则按旷工 论,事假假扣除当日日工资。病假:1、员工患患病申请病病假,必须附有有诊断病历,经部门主主管、行政副总总、总经 理批准方方为有效,急急诊病例,不不能赶来公司,应应于公司上上班时间前前通知部门门主 管,逐级通知知,并在第二二天回公司司补办休假手续续,病假期间间在考勤时时连续计算, 包括公休休日和法定定假日,病病假按日工工资 50%扣除除。2、公司员员工可享用用带薪病假假一天,超超出部分按按无薪假处处理,此假假期仅限于于 有病时享享用,不可可预提,过过月自动作作废。3、员工确确实由于患患慢性病或或特别疾病病不能上班班,需要住住院或长期期病休,经经 公司管理理当局批准准,可按在本本公司的工工作年限给给予 36 个月的医疗疗期,医疗期 前三个月月享有一定定的比例工工资,后三三个月做无无薪处理。工作年限待待遇享受工资资待遇15 年年(含 5 年)月工资的的 55%510 年(含 10 年)月工资的的 65%10155 年(含 15 年)月工资的的 80%15 年以以上月工资的的 100% 医疗期期满后仍不不能上班工工作的员工工,公司可可与其解除除合同。婚假: 凡凡在公司工工作满一年年以上员工工可持结婚婚证书申请请有薪婚假假三天,若若符合晚婚年龄,男男 25 岁,女 23 岁,享有按按国家规定定的婚假(包包括法定假假和公休日日) 婚假须在在结婚证填填发三个月月内使用,逾期无效效。婚假需提提前 30 天申请,并向行 政主管出出示结婚证证明副本。产假: 工工作满一年年半的女正正式员工可可申请产假假,产假期期限为一个个月,延期期可按事假论。产假假需三十天天前申请。 慰问假:员工的直系系亲属(包括父父母、配偶、子女)去世,公司将给给予三天慰慰问假, 雇员之祖祖父母或兄兄弟姐妹去去世可享用用一天慰问假假,员工需需填写假期期申请表,并 附上有关关证明。护理假: 男员工在在妻子分娩娩后十日内内享有三天天有薪护理假假日。申请请该假期应应附上有关出生证明明。养老保险:公司正式员员工,试用用期三个月月后,公司司为其购买买社会养老老保险。员员工退休 后,可按按国家规定定享受有关关规定享有有有关退休福福利。节日福利: 公司每年年在端午节节、中秋节节、春节向向员工发放放节日福利利品。文体活动:
