The class will focus on general management of the strategic activity, or put it simply on strategic management. Course Learning Goals:The central objective of the course is to help students to bring the vision into a concrete reality. Rather than philosophizing in the abstract about the attribute strategic management, it offer practicing business students a disciplined process that facilitates the formulation and implementation of strategy to allow this demanding task of identifying and imprinting the vision of the firm to become a meaningful reality.Content Summary:1.
