The purpose of this course is to introduce the various legal theories and viewpoints of various periods in Chinese history, to reveal the content, nature, role and characteristics of these theories and opinions, to clarify their formation, development, evolution, mutual struggle and influence, and the process and regularity of mutual absorption. The aim of this course is to ask students to systematically grasp the basic contents of the history of Chinese legal thought. Students can analyze and understand the main legal theories and viewpoints in Chinese history from the viewpoint of historical materialism, critically inherit the legal thought heritage of our country's history, absorb its essence, and eliminate its dross.
