The organisation code is the unique and unchangeable legal code of an organisation in the Peoples Republic of China. The organisation code certificate is the credential of the legal code of an organisation, including an original and a duplicate copy.2. The organisation code certificate is not allowed to be leased, lent, used by other organisations, transferred, forged, altered, or traded illegally.3. The organisation should submit an alteration application to the issuing authority for any changes of the organisation code certificate.4. The organisation should be subject to an annual inspection by the issuing authority according to relevant regulations.5.
