一、前言工厂视频监控系统是安全防范技术体系中的一个重要组成部分,是一种 先进的、防范能力极强的综合系统，它可以通过高清摄像机及其辅助设备（镜头 等）直接观看大型工厂各个厂区的情况，一目了然，同时它可以把被工厂的图像 全部或部分的记录下来，这样就为日后对突发事件的处理提供了方便条件及重要依据，同时电视监控系统还可以与防盗报警等其他安全技术防范体系联动运行，使防范能力更加强大，能及时发现事故和事件的隐患，预防破坏和避免造成不好 影响。二、项目需求随着现代化企业制度在我国的普及和深化发展，工厂信息化建设不断深入，各工厂特别是大中型工厂都加快了信息网络平台的建设；工厂正逐步转向利用网络和 计算机集中处理管理、生产、销售、物流、售后服务等重要环节的大量数据。传统的工厂厂区周界安全防范系统是建立高高的围墙，铁栅栏等，如果有 非法入侵无法及时发现和处理，那么就需要有一套先进，科学，实用，性能稳定可靠的安全防范监控系统来实现，为了更好的保护财产及工厂的安全，根据客户 实际的监控需要，一般都会在工厂周边、大门、办公楼、生产车间、仓库、机房 等重点部位安装摄像机。监控系统将本地视频图像监控,远程实时监控,云台镜头 控制，电视墙显示等有机结合起来，构成一整套新一代网络视频集中监控管理系 统，同时监控主机自动将报警画面纪录，做到及时处理，提高了工厂保卫人员的工 作效率并能及时处理警情，能有效的保护工厂财产和工作人员的安全，最大程度的防范各种入侵，提高处理各种突发事件的反映速度，给保卫人员提供一个良好 的工作环境，确保整个工厂的安全。本套监控系统主要监看办公楼和另外的两个小工厂，由于两个小工厂离 办公楼比较远，因此拟定在两个小工厂分别设立一个监控室，采用欣智包的凯威 系列网络硬盘录像机进行本地监控，存储并通过ADSLH络将视频信号传输到办 公楼集中显示。三、设计原则和依据1、设计原则根据工厂的总体结构，并充分考虑现场实际情况，设计前端采用北京欣智恒科技有限公司生产的Kingvee（凯威）牌高清红外系列摄像机，视频传输采用75-5的同轴电缆进行传输，录像控制系统采用Kingvee（凯威）数字硬盘录像主机,可以实现本地循环录像，检索回放，远程传输等。a、先进性：在投资费用许可的情况下，系统采用当今先进的技术和设备，一方面能反映系统所具有的先进水平，另一方面又使系统具有强大的发展潜力，以便该系统在尽可能的时间内与社会发展相适应。b、可靠性：系统最重要的就是可靠性，系统一旦瘫痪的后果将是难以想象的，因此 系统必须可靠地、能连续地运行，系统设计时在成本接受的条件下，从系统结构、设备选择、产品供应商的技术服务及维修响应能力等各方面均应严格要求，使得故障发生的可能性尽可能少。即便是出现故障时，影响面也要尽可能小。c、安全性：对于安全防范系统，其本身的安全性能不可忽视，系统设计时，必须采 取多种手段防止本系统各种形式与途径的非法破坏。d、可扩充性：系统设计时应充分考虑今后的发展需要，系统应具有预备容量的扩充与 升级换代的可能。e、规范性：由于本系统是一个严格的综合性系统，在系统的设计与施工过程中应参 考各方面的标准与规范，严格遵从各项技术规定，做好系统的标准化设计与施工。一切应从实际出发，使智能系统具有较高的实用效能。这也是智能建筑在当今之所以能迅速兴起并发展的关键所在。2、设计依据本方案设计根据甲方常规要求，并遵循以下国家相关部门制定的设计规 客户对闭路电视监控系统的总体要求 四、设计方案本套视频监控系统主要是由摄像部分、传输部分、显示和记录部分、远程控制管理以及电视墙显示部分组成。1、摄像部分摄像部分是电视监控系统的前沿部分，是整个系统的“眼睛”。它布置在工厂厂 区的某一位置上，使其视场角能覆盖整个被监视的各个部位。有时，工厂厂区面 积较大，为了节省摄像机所用的数量、简化传输系统及控制与显示系统，在摄像 机上加装适当的镜头，使摄像机所能观察的场景更清楚。本套网络视频监控系统是由三套本地视频监控系统和网络组成,包括两个工厂、工厂内部酒店和工厂办公楼本身的视频监控系统，控百苴中共设计安装100多个视频监两个工厂分别为60个，分别监看工厂门口，毛坯钢材，废料堆，成品库及车间 的生产状况。拟定在工厂的大门口安装凯威/Kingvee高清看车牌摄像机(KV-C3055CP-A2),主要用于监看白天或晚上大门口进出的车辆情况；在毛坯钢 材和废料堆处分别安装凯威50米高清红外一体摄像机(KV-C3055-A),配置8mm定焦镜头，视角更大，日夜监看钢材存放情况，防止被盗丢失；在成品库中安装 凯威30米高清红外半球摄像机(KV-C6053R-A1),监看成品库的存放情况以及相 关人员出库入库情况，在车间的合适位置安装200米凯威高清红外高速球摄像机(KV-C8807R-A1,用于监看车间生产的具体情况。在办公楼周边安装20个监控点，分别选用欣智恒公司生产的凯威50米红外可调 焦高清夜视摄像机KV-C3055T-A分别安装在大院，车棚及大楼内的各个部位。大 院门口选用凯威/Kingvee高清看车牌摄像机(KV-C3055CP-A2),监看门口及大院 控；在办公楼的一到三层走廊分别安装30米红外高清夜视摄像机KV-C3053-A1,用于监控各层走廊的情况。总之，摄像机就像整个系统的眼睛一样，把它监视的内容变为图像信号，传送给 控制中心的监视器上。2、传输部分传输部分就是系统图像信号的传输通道。目前电视监控系统多半采用视频基带（同轴电缆）传输方式。如果在摄像机距离控制中心较远的情况下，也有采用双 绞线传输或光纤传输方式。本套系统为工厂的监控项目，由于设置3个独立的监控室，因此前端摄像机一般 距离监控室比较近，采用同轴电缆传输，可以满足客户的图像质量需求，但安装 在毛坯钢材处的摄像机距离监控室比较远，而且不易布线，因此选用无线传输方 式进行视频传输，供电采取前端取电，从而减轻施工难度，并且节约成本，对图 像信号的传输重点要求在图像信号经过传输系统后，不产生明显的噪声、失真，保证原始图像信号的清晰度和灰度等级没有明显下降等。为保证各个前端摄像机供电正常，除办公楼内的各个摄像机采取监控室内通过一个12V,10A的电源集中供电外，其余均从监控室供220V电源，在前端放置一只12V2A的电源供电。前端各个球型云台摄像机通过485总线控制，采用RVVP2*0.752的控制线缆。3、显示记录部分此方案设计采用凯威KV-IET2100系列数字网络硬盘录像机和显示器来完成所有 摄像机信号的显示，并通过硬盘进行录像，根据对录像资料保存时间的需求配备 相应容量的硬盘。同时它还支持视频的网络远传，方便相关领导通过网络随时随 地访问本地的网络硬盘录像主机，观看实时画面。4、远程控制管理以及电视墙显示部分在办公楼的监控室内另设置一台管理服务器，用于管理控制各点的嵌入式硬盘录 像主机，进而可以控制前端各个摄像机，可以进行异地备份存储，并通过数字矩 阵和有4个电视组成的电视墙，将前端的各个视频画面解码上墙显示。其他相关 领导还可以通过办公室的台式机或笔记本登陆管理服务器，进而访问相关的画 面。五、产品选型1）15米高清半球摄像机凯威KV-C6052R-A 15米高清红外半球摄像机，2.5”海螺半球，塑胶外壳；4mm（6mm 维修备附件及工具。为用户培训操作、维护人员，介绍工程项目及产品性能及使用维护知识，使其掌握正确使用的操作方法。对工程项目及产品在质量保证期内为用户提供三包服务。对用户因超期或使用不当造成的非正常损坏，提供有偿服务。建立质量信息收集，反馈渠道，及进掌握工程项目及产品使用过程中的质量状况。3、承诺设备保修一年，保修期内设备非人为损坏免费更换或维修。设备终身维护，保修期后设备维修只收取材料费。协助用户进行有关扩展功能的应用开发。系统运行期间出现故障，将在24小时内派技术人员现场处理。系统安装调试完毕后、将对用户操作人员进行培训。
