Teaching reflection【教学反思】在名师带徒的培训活动中,方老师要求我们自选课题,学习微课录制方法,并录制一堂“微课”,然后开展 “微课”论坛活动。一接到这样的任务,我的内心是崩溃的。为了完成这个极具挑战的任务。我仔细研读了相关 的培训材料,发现,“微课”是指以视频为主要载体记录教师在课堂教育教学过程中围绕某个知识点或教学环节 而开展的精彩教与学活动全过程。然后我便着手微课的制作。首先是选题,微课重在解决疑难,突出的应该是个性问题,是教学的某个环节,是教学中的难点突破,课后 的习题讲解。基于这样的理解,我选的是文本细读一一以外研版Unit 2 You should smile at her!为例, 希望学生通过观看以后,能运用阅读策略充分理解文本。确定了主题后就要搜集材料了。接着是撰写教案和制作课件,虽然是微课,教案中的环节也要详细,条理要清析。必要的是课题、学科、适 应年级、学生的认知起点、基本流程都是要齐全的。整堂课我设计了略读、扫读、细读等文本解读任务。先是引 导学生进行语篇的整体感知,通过略读了解文章梗概、文体及篇章组织顺序。接着引导学生梳理文章的结构,理 清文章的总体框架与脉络,再选出各段落的中心词;这个环节有点难度。然后通过扫读,培养学生获取、处理信 息的能力。最后,通过细读,引导全体学生对文章的细节把握,同时培养学生借助上下文猜词的能力。最后,我谈谈我的第一次微课制作实践。微课制作只需三步。第一步,制作“微课” PPT并写好旁白稿。 第二步:插上话筒并打开喀秋莎录屏软件和PPT,录制微课。第三步,编辑完成生成文件,并视频转换成MP4格 式。但只有试过后才明白“看花容易绣花难”。整个录制过程我都快要崩溃了,“意外”太多。首先,自身的语 音缺陷,录音是一件很头痛的事。一开始,我打算整堂课一起录,但录音时总要出错。于是,我就一张幻灯片一 段录音地录制,这样录制了十段,然后再合成。但这样做的弊端是,声音前后一致,有明显高低起伏。更糟糕的 是,电脑桌面的任务栏也一起录屏了。虽然进行技术处理,但成品相当粗糙。其次,我对微课的理解不够透彻,导致选题上出现了偏颇。现在欣赏过其他同事的精彩微课,和名师们的点 评和建议,我发现,我的选题文本解读过大了,视频讲解部分比较枯燥,逻辑不紧密,更重要的是我的微课 里,没有总结。经历了这场教学和技术的革命,我切切实实的感受到:微课虽然是无生上课,但上课的老师心中必须有学生,只有这样才能真正展示出老师的教 学技巧和老师的教学素养。微课其实是老师与学生在心灵上交流、互动的教学模式。只有心中有生才能上好微课, 从而达到提高自身教学技能的目的。
