城市化背景下人口迁移问题探讨,人口学论文题目 城市化背景下人口迁移问题讨论第一章 2.1 2.2 2.3 第三章 第四章 第五章 结论/以下为参考文献 摘 要 我们国家正处在城镇化高速发展期间，人口迁移的速度和规模都是史无前例的。而我们国家针对人口迁移所带来的各种问题，并未建立起完善的相配套的制度、措施进行应对。因而，怎样规范、引导、促进人口迁移是解决当前我们国家城镇化进程中所面临的主要问题。 本文先对人口迁移理论以及城市化基本理论进行了总结和概括。同时对国内外学者关于人口迁移与城镇化的研究进展进行了分析和总结，经过对文献的甄选和归纳发现，国内外学者对于人口迁移与城镇化问题的研究主要集中在人口迁移与城市化的基本事实、人口迁移与城镇化影响因素的分析、人口迁移与城镇化的结果研究、迁移人口在城市化经过中的融合问题、人口迁移政策以及人口分布与城镇化这几方面。全文以我们国家第六次人口普查数据以及(辽宁统计年鉴为根据，详细分析了辽宁省城镇化水平和人口迁移的特点。经过分析发现辽宁省城镇人口所占比例远远高于农村人口比例，城镇化水平相对较高，并且已经构成了以沈阳为中心的中部城市群和以大连为中心的沿海城市群，但其发展速度和城镇体系构造仍低于主要发达城市。在对辽宁省人口迁移特点进行深切进入分析时，发现迁入城镇人口占主体地位；男性迁移人口大于女性；短距离迁移特点明显，人口迁移以城市对城市迁移为主，这一特点明显有别于其他省份以农村人口迁移至城市为主的特点；迁移人口文化水平相对较低；迁移人口从事行业处于社会底层。对辽宁省人口迁移的原因进行统计分析显示：就业和家庭是其迁入的主要因素。接下来运用理论和实证相结合的视角来探寻求索影响辽宁省人口迁移的主要因素，结合人口迁移理论和相关文献分析能够得出，影响辽宁省人口迁移的因素主要有：经济因素、产业构造、空间距离。最后通过利用因子分析的定量分析法得出辽宁省的经济规模以及发展水平是其吸引外来人口迁移的经济基础，随着辽宁省经济的发展以及城市化进程的推进，其对外来劳动力的需求将增加，愈加刺激外来人口迁入本地，同时该地区的基础设施和社会环境的完善也是吸引外来人口的关键因素。文章最后从城镇化角度给出了辽宁省人口迁移的相关建议。 本文关键词语： 城镇化 人口迁移 辽宁省 Abstract China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, the speed and scaleof migration is unprecedented. In China, for a variety of problems arising frommigration, did not establish a perfect matching system, measures to deal with. So,how to regulate, guide and promote the migration is to solve the major problems ofurbanization in our country faces. In this paper, the theory of migration and urbanization, first summarized thebasic theory and generalization. Meanwhile Research scholars on populationmigration and urbanization on the analysis and summary of the literature through theselection and induction scholars found for Migration and urbanization researchfocuses on population migration and urbanization basic fact, migration andurbanization factors analysis, migration and urbanization results of the study, themigration of population issues in the integration process of urbanization andmigration policies, and population distribution and urbanization in these areas. Entirety of the sixth census data as well as Liaoning Statistical Yearbook is basedon a detailed analysis of the level of urbanization in Liaoning Province andmigration characteristics, after analysis found that the proportion of the urbanpopulation of the rural population is much higher than the proportion of LiaoningProvince, relatively high level of urbanization, and has formed a Shenyang as thecenter of the central city group and Dalian as the center of the coastal city group, butits growth rate is still lower than the architecture and urban major developed cities. At the time of migration-depth analysis of the characteristics of Liaoning Province,found that the dominant position to move into the urban population; men thanwomen migrants; short distance migration characteristics significantly, migration tourban migration of the main city, this feature significantly different from ruralmigration to other provinces in the main features of the city; the relatively loweducational level of population migration; migration of the population engaged inthe industry in the bottom of society. Liaoning Province, the causes of migration forstatistical analysis: employment and family is a major factor in its move into. Next,using a combination of theoretical and empirical perspectives to explore the mainfactors influencing the migration of Liaoning Province. Combined with migrationtheory and related literature analysis can be drawn, the factors affecting migration ofLiaoning Province are: economic factors, industry structure, spatial distance. Finally,draw the size and level of economic development in Liaoning Province using factoranalysis of quantitative analysis is their ability to attract foreign migration economicfundamentals, as well as to promote the development of the economy of LiaoningProvince urbanization, its demand for foreign labor increases, more exciting to moveinto the local native population, while the infrastructure and the improvement of thesocial environment in the region is also a key factor in attracting foreign population. Finally, recommendations are given in Liaoning province migration from theperspective of urbanization.
