tennis.Understanding the needs of your own body is the key.Everyone runs the risk of accidents,and no onecan be sure of avoiding chronic disease.Nevertheless,poor diet,stress,a bad working environment andcarelessnesscan ruin good health.By changing your habits or the conditions surrounding you,you can lowerthe risk or reduce the damageof disease.7-
