材料管理工作总结 公司仓库在 08 年 2 月份移交给经营管理部，由经营管理部对仓库的物质收发存及对公司整个材料进行管理，一年来，在马总直接领导下，在孙经理的带领下，我们部门做了大量的工作，现总结如下:一、追帐 去年 2 月份经营管理部接仓库物资台帐时，发现物资台帐的记账时间进度没能与时间进度同步，相差2 个多月的帐没有及时记入物资台帐，这与财务控制制度要求“日清月结”相违背的，在这种情况下，我们查找了原因，客观上，由于全员开发，大量的材料需要进入和发出，工作量也较大，主观上，忽略了财务制度要求，也没有尽最大努力。我们要求加班加点多辛苦一点，也要把帐追上去。用了两个多月的时间把帐追上去了，与时间进度已同步。二、定期对库存物资的盘点 资金转化物资，是我们公司一大财产。为保证公司财产不流失或不出现差错，按照公司制度要求，经营管理部和财务部的同志对库存物资定期进行盘点，一年当中每半年、年终盘点两次，为使盘点数字准确，做好盘点准备工作，例如:用科学单位尽可能提前领料(特殊情况除外)，在盘点中我们对库存材料九大类600 余品种逐一进行点数，不管夏天多热和冬天多冷，大家从不叫苦，都一丝不苟的进行盘点。除公司组织盘点外，经营管理部每月对仓库库存物资进行抽查，每次抽查不少于 8 个品种物资，通过抽查了解账物是否一致。三、库存物资的摆放力争做到合理化 yan Zhen and other places.Shan Bao Zhuang Shaozhen ban during the evening,offered to 公司刘总非常重视和支持仓库管理工作在资金较紧缺的情况下，公司在运营部院内建起了材料仓库及堆放管材货台。为我们仓库堆放材料创造了良好的环境，通过仓库搬家，两位保管员不怕脏和累，对室内材料重新进行了整理，因为我们的物品有他的特殊性(不全是零配件)小的配件均放到货架上，有较大体积的而且散放的物品装到编织袋里，编上号进行堆放，成箱的物品按规格型号分类堆放整齐。室外管材按规格型号分堆存放，为防止毁损，上面盖有帆布，发放材料时能遵循“先进先出”原则。四、加强对仓库管理人员的管理 自去年以来，由于开发量增大，发放材料工作也随之加大，为及时供应施工用料或防止突发事件，我们要求保管人员(1 人)要夜间值班，并且每天做好夜间值班记录。要求他们日常坚持工作岗位(双休日照常上班)，做到要请假，不能擅自离开工作岗位，在发料期间，要坚持制度原则，不能怕得罪人，对于手续不齐全的(特殊情况除外)，坚决拒绝发料。五、严格物资验收入库手续 进来物资时，保管员能够及时将物资验收入库，入库时能对照供应方的货单，与物资供应部及使用单位人员共同做好物资的“五验”工作，对不符合手续或质量不过关的拒绝入库。物资验收入库后，保管员能及时填制一式四联“物资验收单”经相关人员签字后及时送到相关部门。六、严格物资领发手续 yan Zhen and other places.Shan Bao Zhuang Shaozhen ban during the 物资领用单位，均指定专人负责领用(安装公司是值班组长，外包单位是工程部技术员)。安装公司及外包工程的领料依据为审批的工程材料预算表。其他单位的领料依据为经审批的材料采购计划。各单位实际领料时，领料人填一式四联领料单，上面说明领料用途、施工单位、领料人、领料部门负责人审核，分管领导签字，经营管理部审核(控制在预算分为内发料)在以上手续齐全的情况下方可办理发料，最后发料人签字。严谨白条发料，遇有特殊情况，需经物资管理部门负责人同意后方可办理发料，但日须补齐相关手续。七、及时传递领料单 为便于工程成本核算和工程用料监督，仓库管理员每周分三次将本周领料单财务联交公司财务部，领用部门联送交安装公司和工程部，存根联送交物资供应部，单证送交对方后，双方在“交接登记簿”上签字认可。八、工程验收同时做好工程实际用料的丈量工作 经营管理部门和工程部在对外承包工程完工后进行验收时，除验收工程质量和是否完成合同规定的建设工程内容外，还要对工程实际用料进行丈量验收，这样，通过与财务部提供的实际领料汇总表进行核定，可以了解该工程实际领料与实际用料的差距，看是节约还是浪费材料。九、及时处理库存积压废旧物资 财务部共同进行处理，例如:今年元月份处理了废弃煤气表盒废旧管头等，减少了资金占用。十、拟定完善的物资管理办法 为加强物资进出存管理，提高采购质量，保证合理库存，规范物资收发行为，明确职责权限，经营管理部拟定完善的物资管理办法。十一、为上限管理物资做好库存物资盘点和积极参加上线培训 1.按照集团公司要求，工程材料要实行上限管理，为使库存物资数字准确，对现有库存物资进行盘点，为提高盘点效率先做好盘点前的准备工作，即按照材料的种类分类制造表格并填制好，本次盘点工作量较大，盘点时对九大类 600 余品种进行逐一清点，参加盘点的同志中午不休息，晚上加班干到近 9 点钟才回去休息，不怕脏和累，按规定的时间如期完成了盘点工作，并取得了良好的效果。2.为做好上线工作，积极参加上线的程序及电脑操作培训，利用 2 天休息时间，认真做好听课笔记，不懂就问，拿来材料“验收单”和“领料单”进行实际练习，基本掌握了相关知识，为上线打下良好的基础。yan Zhen and other places.Shan Bao Zhuang Shaozhen ban during the
