品质工程师-quality engineer中山欧力工业有限公司 中山欧力工业有限公司，欧力 职责 描述：1. leading the root cause analysis and corrective action plan for:- supplier defects- process defects- customer complaint / returns领导根本原因分析和纠正措施计划：- 供应商不良- 制程不良- 客户投诉/退货2. be part of the npi team to review / verify / validate the new product to insure safe transfer of new product to production.属于新品项目团队的成员，评审、验证、确认新产品以确保新产品安全转移到量产3. creating the quality documentations during the project development.在项目开发阶段创建质量文件4. training of workers / inspectors to relevant quality standard on component, process and product.对工人/检验员进行零部件、工艺和产品的相关质量标准培训5. implementing regular process audit / product audit and data analysis to anticipate potential risks on process / product实施定期的过程审核/产品审核和数据分析以预测制程/产品的潜在风险6. participating to supplier quality audit prior to new supplier approval.参与供应商质量审核在新供应商批准之前任职要求：1. bachelor degree, major related to electronic本科学历，电子相关专业2. at least 5 years working experience in production or quality fields具有五年以上生产或质量相关的工作经验3. internal auditor certificate holder and having internal audit experience will be preferred具有内部审核员资格和内部审核经验4. quality engineering experience in battery field and / or in automotive field is a plus最好具备电池品质工程或汽车领域经验5. be familiar with iatf16949 and be good at the use of quality tools熟悉iatfl6949和擅长质量工具的使用6. good english skill, reading, writing, and speaking.熟练读、写、说英语7. good at communication and personnel skill良好的沟通和人事技巧8. can be a good team player能成为一个良好的团队成员
