Nowadays most of us live in multicultural societies, and not understanding people's cultural backgrounds in communication might cause miscommunication or offence.Third, we might not be direct when communicating and fail to provide clarification when necessary. First, I should be clear when expressing my ideas, so that people understand me without confusion. Third, I should appear confident when talking to others, even if I don't actually feel so.
